From the very first contact with Maidstone Removals I was impressed with their professional and courteous manner when dealing with my enquiry. The house survey was carried out in a efficient manner and the quote was emailed across promptly.I booked a provisional move date with them and when I had to revise this, not their fault, they were very understanding and accommodating. On the day of the move the crew parked their large lorry very considerately for their access and for our neighbours. The removal of all the boxes and furniture was carried out in an orderly and logical manner. The unloading of the lorry at the new property was undertaken with the same care and attention. Throughout this move the crew, Dan and Jack, were very polite, careful with our property and goods and were always cheerful. It was a great experience on what is normally a stressful day. Well done Maidstone Removals.

Great service throughout. We were only moving 20 miles in distance from a two bed first floor flat to a three bed house. The whole move was completed in only 4 hours from start to finish and the guys doing the job took all the stress out of the day for us - highly recommended!

Excellent and very polite service from first to final contact. Competitive estimate for our move. Packing and part loading on the day before the move with final loading complete by 10:00 on the day. Once we had access, the unloading was completed inside two hours with everything put in the right room, garage or shed. This was double checked with us before the team left. The hanging wardrobes were unpacked too. We have since unpacked, with no breakages or damage. Boxes were collected promptly. No hesitation in recommending. Thanks to Jack and the team.

We couldn’t recommend Maidstone Removals highly enough. From the moment Jack came to do our quotation the whole team have been nothing but fantastic. They are incredibly polite, were always early and were super efficient. We were packed up and out of our home by half 10 with a full lorry and full Luton. Just a shame our sellers didn’t have as swift a team as we did as we then had to wait around for three hours to get in to the new place. But once in there, the team made light work of getting us in and putting our furniture back together where needed too. You won’t go wrong if you call Robert and use Maidstone Removals.

The quote that Maidstone Removals gave was extremely competitive and the service given was amazing. The packing team arrived the day before the move and were fast and efficient. The team were polite and accommodated our requests. On the day of the move the same team arrived and worked tirelessly to pack and remove the remainder of our things and then unload in our new home. Before they left they checked everything was where we wanted it - they had already moved a couple of items for us. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if the need arose.

The Team at MAIDSTONE REMOVALS were amazing for us today. They arrived early to start moving us, nothing was too much for them, the team were polite, efficient, regularly checked in on what to take if unsure.
They had our whole house packed up in their truck within a few hours. Even though we were delayed getting our keys the team were at the new house waiting and again were speedy and efficient filling the house with our belongings. Many hands make light work is true but the whole team seemed to work well together and were great value for money. This is the second time we have used Maidstone Removals in 4 years and both times we have found them excellent. This time we set them quite a challenge with about 140 boxes, garden furniture/equipment, plants, furniture and garage storage units.
The house was emptied onto the lorry’s in three hours and the team disappeared to get lunch whilst awaiting completion. This happened at about 3pm and the lorries were unloaded after 5pm. Mats were put down, and they were really caring for our property. They seemed tireless and even put up with my wife’s request to re-site furniture.
We cannot thank the guys enough and if we are ever unfortunate enough to have to move again we will certainly be using Maidstone Removals again.
