We had an excellent experience with this print shop in Lakeland. They helped us print posters for a University fair with very short notice, and in just 2 days, everything was ready. Their customer service was incredibly friendly and professional, always willing to help and ensure everything turned out perfectly. The final result was top quality. Highly recommended! We will definitely work with them again!

From the time I requested a quote until the time that the newsletter arrived in my own mailbox...less than 10 days. Quick turnaround, great printing and fantastic price! Alec and his team were significantly less than the printer I have used in the past. Highly recommend Mail Processing Associates, Inc.!

Mail Processing did such a fantastic job on our stores mailers for a Christmas in July sale we are having. We are beyond pleased. Great quick communication, great prices, and quick turn around time. I placed two orders (flyers) with mail processing associates, from start to finish the entire team has been incredible. The cost was on point. The communication was excellent and the flyers came out, Absolutely amazing!!! The colors popped. Everything looked great. The team there I felt looked out for me from the very beginning to make sure that the flyers came out great! I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for printing marketing materials!!

Though there was a minor snafu, he and his team were quick to make it right and did so quickly so we could make our deadline. Robbie and his crew are always responsive and produce a top notch product, no matter the job size! My business has used him for 30 years for business cards, mailings, cards, checks, and more. They've never failed me and Robbie will go the extra mile himself to ensure a great result (though he doesn't appreciate last minute stress, lol). I had spoken with several area vendors about my plans but Robbie immediately showed me the simplest and most cost effective method. No extra cost add on, no upgrades, no bumping the sale. It was as if he was actually working for my company. The graphics design wizard, Mike, seem to read my mind. He listened to my initial wants then showed me what I really wanted. My changes were no problem. First meeting was on a Monday and the mailiers were in area mail boxes on Saturday. WOW!, They’ve solved all the problems.
Real people work there. They pick up the phone and they answer emails. I heartly recommend Mail Processing Assiciates to anyone who wants a great job at an affordable price in timely manner. (Except my competitors.)
