Excellent and super fast service. I had my main line completely repaired from the street into my house and they were done in less than 5 hours. The workers were extremely professional, courteous, and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up spotlessly and it was just an overall great experience. I highly recommend.

Eli coordinated with me promptly once I contacted them for the three day’s notice given by NY city. He met me personally and explained what work will be done. Next day on time the crew were on the site and completed the project work, cleaned up the area. Very professional and always in contact with the texts about the status of the job. I came downstairs to parents basement to find 3inches of water in it… I called Main Water and Sewer Repair they immediately got back to me told me they will be there in the morning….. the next day they had the surveyors marking out gas and cable a tow truck to move any cars in the way…. They showed up and started right away had the holes dug and the new water line installed within hours…. Once water line was replaced they patched the sidewalk perfectly then patched the asphalt cleaned up as if they were never there….. I highly recommend them!!!! …. they are no nonsense fast thorough and very professional the crew was run by David who had the men hustling to get the best job finished

My water line for my home was leaking and needed repair. Met with owner he came down explained everything and scheduled job for following day. Crew arrived on- time and worked methodically through day to complete job and assure our water is restored. The crew were friendly and most importantly sensitive to cover our personal items so they don’t get ruined and cleaned up after themselves. The crew worked so well together and was a well oiled machine before I knew it the job was completed. Great job I highly recommend them

Excellent customer service,, the permits and was completed with no deviations or delays. Also left the job site as the found it! We had to replace led water pipes from the home out to the street. They even offered to assist with insurance claim documentation. Worth every penny paid! .

Had a significant leak in our water main in Brooklyn. Main Man was assigned to the job by American water resource insurance, which covered the costs completely. Eli dealt directly with them so it was completely painless for us. Work was scheduled the day after the leak diagnosed. They arrived promptly at 8:30, moved parked cars to dig into the street, with a second hole in our sidewalk. Work was done quickly and efficiently, cleaning as they went, and wrapped up by 3:00. Asphalt and concrete repairs were well done. They even fixed the cement job after the most oblivious woman in the world walked right through the wet cement! Consider ourselves lucky that these guys were contracted for the job and would easily hire them back if the need arises.

I was referred to this company to repair a water main that was leaking from the street into one of our building. The did the repair within 24 hours and made sure to communicate with our tenants why the water was shut off.
