素晴らしい3泊4日のツアーでした。臨機応変に対応してくれました…しかし、一日目に車でピックアップする場所が同じナイロビ市内で2ヶ所あると言ったらExtra costで3,000KES請求されました。また1日目時間がなく行けなかった観光場所に行きたいと言ったら、ガソリン代として6,000KES請求されました。見積には4日分の車代が含まれているのに、追加で請求される意味が分かりませんでした。

Hi Ama, We're saddened to hear that you didn't fully enjoy your trip with us. Regarding the extra charges, please note that changes to the itinerary require additional charges due to the extra distance covered. You changed your pickup point from the one provided plus added extra stops that were not included in the initial itinerary that the quotation was based on. On day one you added an extra stop at the airport that wasn't included On day two you added the visit to Lake Naivasha plus the hot springs stop that were not included in the initial itinerary but this was not charged extra. On day four you added a stop at Lake Elementaita, which meant taking the longer route from Maasai Mara to Nairobi thus the extra charges for that day as well. The milage for the the agreed upon itinerary was used to calculate the vehicle charges and once you added extra stops, the additional costs were necessary to cover the fuel consumed for the additional distance. All this was explained to you prior to making the changes. Please feel free to reach out in case you need any additional clarification.

It has been the most dissapointing experience in a Safari during our trip to Kenia. We fixed a price for a hole day safari in Nakaru National Park for the 31/07/2024 with a guide called George who was supposed to come with us. The next day they increased the price 1000KES without reason, we had not choice and we had to accept. That morning George come with another person called Peter, and we lost almost one hour to enter in the park cause Peter didn't pay his fee the day before. Finally Peter was our guide, George didn't even enter. At 14.00, Peter said us we were going to leopard zone but suddenly we realiced we were in the main gate. A guy called Paul, who was supposed to be Peters and Georges boss, calles us by Phone, and said that we had to pay another 3000KES if we wanted to continue in the park. We were so frustrated, we lost another hour speaking with Peter and Paul, but there was no any other choice, we had to pay the 3000KES with no any reason, we really felt cheated, we were cheated. Moreover, most guides had a radio to speak with another guides and make easier the search of some animals. We didn't. They didn't even bring us a single bottle of water. Nakuru National Park was amazing, but that guys annoyed our day.

We can also confirm that no such trip happened on that specific date so please check your records to confirm the Tour company you contracted for this trip. Brilliant company and exceptional guide Brilliant company and exceptional guide We spent a week in Kenya superbly supported by Malnodez Safaris. Caroline and the entire Malnodez team were able to help us replan our entire itinerary when it was unexpectedly disrupted, and organise incredible experiences at a range of hotels in Amboseli in the shade of beautiful Mt Kilimanjaro. We’d also like to especially call out one of their senior drivers and guides, Denis, who guided us across the country for the five days. Denis made our experience magical. From the moment we met him in the carpark at Nairobi Game Park and re-planned our itinerary, through to our Amboseli safari adventure, he made it all seamless and work so well. He was knowledgeable about the animals, passionate about Kenya, and nothing was ever too much for him to help with. As a driver he was safe, sensible and entertaining with all of his stories about this wonderful country. I would recommend Denis (and the Malnodez team) unreservedly, and should we ever - we certainly hope to - return to Kenya, we would definitely seek to reconnect with Denis and have him show us the sights of this incredible country once again. The journey from Kisumu to Masai Mara already allowed us to see some wild animals like giraffes and zebras but nothing compared to the variety of animals at the National Reserve. My personal highlight was a family on cheetahs (one mother with four babies) but we were very lucky by also getting the chance to see some lions, hyenas, elefants, hippos and crocodiles. Much more than big five! But we saw them 😊 He tour i speak of, was planned professionnaly by Mr. Dennis, in an emergency case (the Tour operator in Germany, where we had booked a trip in Kenia, had sent us fake vouchers) We were guided by Mr Michael,an exzellent and very cautious driver. Our trip from Nakuru to Massai Mara NP, then Lake Najvasha NP, Amboseli NP and at the end, Tsavo NP. A wonderful overview with different NPs. We observed a lot of wild animals. Mr Michaels eyes are impressing! Even whilst driving he spotted so many animals that we wouldn,t have seen! He was also a wonderful guide in every situation. We did a Nakuri lake safari with Dennis. He booked the lake ticket in advance. He is so kind, friendly and helpful. Then we visited equator line. He helped us booking train for mombasa also. He made us a pleasant fullday safari.
