I am so thankful for Dr.Singh! I got my chin/neck lipo done by him back in December. It has been 3 months since my procedure, and it was the best thing that has ever happened. The procedure was easy and smooth. I was well taken care of throughout the entire process and I could not be more pleased. I even got to play my favorite music during the procedure which was great! The office is lovely and I thank everyone for helping me get through this process from the moment I walked in. Highly recommend!!

I deeply regret choosing Dr. Singh for my chin liposuction. Two months post-op, I’m left with excessive scar tissue, visible platysma bands, and a face that makes it painful to look in the mirror. He excessively removed fat from under my chin, which resulted in disfiguring, and lumps on my neck.

He forgot to mentioned that I’d need intensive post-op massages to manage swelling and prevent fibrosis. I’ve since spent a significant amount of money and time on treatments that should’ve been discussed beforehand. It’s unacceptable that someone in cosmetic surgery would skip this part of the conversation.

I trusted him with my face and my savings, thinking he’d help refine my appearance. I looked pretty before—and now I feel ruined. Please, do your research and choose a surgeon who truly understands that cosmetic surgery is about enhancement, not leaving patients with long-term damage and emotional distress.

I am 5 months out from upper and lower blepharoplasty and the results speak for themselves. I am so happy with the results. My under eye bags are gone and my upper eye is very nicely rejuvenated. I am so thankful and glad that I found him.

I am 74 years and found Dr. Singh through Real Self after reading many reviews and combing through many before and after pictures.

Dr. Singh performed a Deep Plane Face Lift, Upper Blepharoplasty, Facial Fat Transfer, Laser Skin Resurfacing, Neck and Lip Lift in January 2025. Now just two months in, I can see that the clock has been turned back in so many wonderful ways. Through his technical proficiency, I have recaptured youth and exuberance while looking completely natural. While I boast of his surgical expertise, I must also mention that he is kind and gentle person caring for his patients. He continues to follow up on my care and frequently checks in to see how I am feeling.

I could not be more thrilled with my decision to have my surgery with Dr Singh. I did a lot of research, and met with several surgeons, but Dr. Singh stood out from everyone. He explained the entire process and was extremely patient with me (I was very nervous). I decided to go with a deep plane face lift, neck lift, upper bleph and CO2 laser. Dr Singh made me feel comfortable and at ease every step of the way, and his staff is wonderful too. He does not take a “one size fits all” approach, but instead, he curates the process to each patient to get the best results. It’s clear that he has a gift and loves his work. On top of that, he truly cares about his patients. He checks up on me regularly, and is always there and responds if I have a question. The results speak for themselves. It’s only been around two months and I look at least 15-20 years younger, but I still look like me, and every little detail is perfect. So natural. No one knows I had anything done, but everyone compliments me and tells me I look fantastic. I feel fantastic too. It’s all thanks to Dr. Singh. If I ever need anything else done down the road, there is no question that I would immediately return (run) to Dr Singh.

5 stars all the way. I did my upper and lower blepharoplasty and could not be happier with the results. I will come back to him for any future procedures.

Dr. Singh performed my chin/neck lipo with skin tightening as well as buccal fat removal and I am so happy with the results and his personalized care and attention. I spent years feeling self-conscious about my “double chin” and chubby cheeks, which would not go away even while I was at my slimmest body weight. I even tried Kybella with another doctor years ago, but that most definitely did not work for me. Once I made the decision to go the surgery route (a couple months ago) and started looking online into surgeons, I was lucky enough to come across Dr. Singh. He eased my nerves right away at the initial consult, was very accommodating to my schedule and has been genuine, personable and caring throughout the post-op stage. It’s no surprise I have found so many positive reviews from other happy patients of Dr. Singh - I highly recommend him!!

I am 64 and I had an upper blepharoplasty and a deep plain face lift five months ago with Dr.Singh. I’m absolutely happy with the results. I found him on Google and scheduled the surgery at my first appointment. He was the only doctor I spoke to. At our first meeting I felt complete confidence in his professionalism and his ability to achieve the results I was looking for and I was not mistaken. He proved to be highly professional, knowledgeable, patient-oriented and very talented. His post-op care and has been exceptional throughout the entire healing process. My daughter had chin and neck liposuction with FaceTite. Her results were so good that I decided to do my facelift with Dr. Singh. He did deep plane facelift and neck lift. My experience with Dr. Singh was phenomenal. I am still going through the healing process but am loving the results from facelift . Two Years Post Rhinoplasty, Not Happy at All.

READ whole review for honest opinion. I waited a bit over two years post rhinoplasty to post my honest review. I didnt do much research since I initially went in for Dr Rappaport but he said Dr Singh is great and taking over. It was pretty expensive as expected from a 5th ave plastic surgeon. I gave the second star because Dr Singh and the staff were extremely nice and responsive and addressed every call and visit like professionals. I didnt do much research or ask for pictures of previous rhinoplasties preformed (my fault) but a lot of my friends had them done and scared me right before surgery so I emailed the office and this was the response I received, copied and pasted).

“ You are certainly in great hands with Dr. Singh. Dr. Singh regularly performs rhinoplasty procedures. In general, Dr. Singh is in surgery everyday performing either facial or body surgeries. We try our best to get patients to sign photo consent, but most patients are not willing to share pre/post photos.

Dr. Rapaport has had his practice for over 27 years and wouldn’t have Dr. Singh apart of his team and refer his established & new patients to him if he wasn’t confident in his education, training, and work.”

I asked for very subtle changes and to be honest the results were subtle but on a scale of 1-10 im only at a 5 aesthetically and the tip of my nose is definitely bulbuls two years later and much fatter then it was pre op. I sort of look like I was a life time drinker so I’m not thrilled with the end aesthetic results (if I had to decide now if I would do the surgery I seeing the before and after results I would have kept my original.

Now for the real issues: I had trouble breathing immediately after surgery. It didn’t impriove for almost 2 years. I finally went to ENT and this is what the finding were (again copied and pasted).

“ This patient has a significant mechanical nasal obstruction, unresponsive to maximal medical management. The cause is multifactorial, with an obvious septal deviation, turbinate hypertrophy, and static internal nasal valve collapse. There is some dynamic nasal valve collapse as well. Correction of this nasal obstruction will require a septoplasty, repair of nasal valve collapse with structural grafting, and a bilateral turbinate reduction.” “ Recommend septoplasty, nasal valve repair with structural grafting, and inferior turbinate reduction with lateralization. We also discussed the aesthetic concerns as well.
Specific techniques for repair may include lysis of adhesion under nasal endoscopy and local anesthesia with placement of nasal stents. This was discussed with the patient in detail. All risks such as bleeding, infection, scarring, damage to nearby structures and need for additional procedures were discussed with the patient. Benefits including improved breathing and cosmesis as well as alternatives including medical management and nasal stents were discussed as well.”
This second repair surgery was so, so painful. Stents were put in after, I had 10 days of suffering. I had to pay $7,500 out of pocket since I have a high insurance deductible. I still get daily nose bleeds out of one nostril but I am able to breath so much better. I am still the ONLY photos of any rhinoplasty on the doctors socials or the website so I have very little confidence that the doctor has rhinoplasty experience. I see plenty of facelifts and other face surgeries, but zero rhinoplasty ones.
I feel bad writing this because the doctor is a very nice guy and I am sure he is good at facelifts and other procedures, but I am very skeptical on his rhinoplasty experience since I had such a poor outcome. Had I known going in the outcome of either the breathing or aesthetic results I’m most definitely would not have undergone the procedure.

My experience from start to end has been outstanding. I had upper blepharoplasty done. My goal was to look like myself just refreshed. And that’s exactly how I look. I am thrilled with Dr. Singh and his team. I am now planning on my lower blepharoplasty and facelift next with him.

I had a facelift with Dr Singh and I was so thrilled with the results. When I decided to do mommy makeover, I couldn’t imagine anyone else for my surgeon I underwent tummy tuck lipo 360. I am now two months out and my body looks better than it did when I was in my 20s. The muscle tightening is absolutely worth it!
20 years ago, I had an emergency abdominal surgery resulting in a long vertical scar. Dr Singh fixed it as much as he could along with the surgery. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
