Charged me $515 for 1 1/2 hours of work. Not any skilled labor … just removing a dish washer Update - I never received a flat rate quote but just a $65 service charge quote. The $515 for 1 1/2 hours was a complete surprise. I understand the costs of the service business but not at over $250 per hour. He showed up in a small truck.

Mark Allen staff was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and took time to discuss other related HVAC issues that he wanted to make sure we were aware of. Highly recommend! Great service for a very good price.

Mark Allen was great! On a Google search to get a plumber out sooner than later, I saw they had already had great reviews. The first time I called they were able to come out same day. We had to have quite a bit of work done and needing to go through our homeowners insurance. They were able to have a crew come out timely and get the work done within a week. Josh was very knowledgeable and honest when it came to explaining the work needed, cost, and best practices in handling the insurance company for the work needed. Josh, Luke, and another employee (sorry I didn’t catch his name) worked hard and proficiently. All very professional, polite, and had great communication with us throughout the process. I highly recommend Mark Allen!

I called Mark Allen 2 days before Christmas with a leak due to frozen copper pipes that split. They came the day I called and actually were 90 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. Woo hoo! Although there was a price uplift because of the expedited nature of the request, the problem was solved in about 30 minutes. Zach was the plumber who arrived. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. No other plumber--not even my usual one--could assist me same day regardless of cost. I couldn't use my water and had lots of cooking and baking to complete. Kudos to Mark Allen and Zach!

The Mark Allen Team did a great job repairing and replacing some of our 1937 vintage fixtures! Zach did a great job and I’d confidently recommend them to others!

I’ve had two different techs help with my HVAC system so far, and they’ve been both incredibly thorough and patient with my questions. Not worried at all about future service.

Our Boiler ruptured in the afternoon (lucky we were home) causing us to lose both Hot Water and Radiant Floor Heat. Mark Allen came quickly and had us up and running the next day. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, honest and caring. I recommend Mark Allen Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to everybody. Can’t imagine there’s any company any better.

They conducted our sewer line camera test and inspected our HVAC system for our prospective new home. They were very thorough and great to work with. Would recommend their services to others and intend on reaching out to them again for plumbing and HVAC needs.

I had an appointment for a furnace check with another heating company for November and they called the day before my appointment to tell me they had to reschedule for January. I immediately called Mark Allen and had an appointment within a very reasonable amount of time. Josh was on time, very professional and friendly, and did a complete check on the entire heating system. Mark Allen is the company I will be using for all of our future heating and cooling needs.

Mark Allen plumbing continues to set the standard for quality service and repair. The main water valve inside my home was leaking. They came out the same day and replaced the valve and a few other items that were worn out. I highly recommend Mark Allen for your plumbing and hvac needs. Next, the bathtub spigot was dripping continuously. They came out at the date and time promised and replaced what was necessary. This company is top notch!
