We were given plenty of models to work on and I left very happy and confident, knowing that I could start performing these treatments at my own clinic, having had such good training. I have just completed the 3-day tiny tattoo beginners course and have been absolutely blown away by the high level of support and expertise shown by Charlene. I had a terrible experience recently with another Essex training provider and walked away without a qualification, with a significantly lighter pocket and my whole confidence shattered. Charlene and everyone at matrix have completely empowered me and have taught me the skills to carry forward and create a new career I feel passionately about. Charlene had so much patience and never made me feel like a nuisance whilst I asked many questions! The course was so reasonably priced and there are many online sources to refer back to. I’m pleased I also have lifetime support from matrix now too - the whole company is so professional, yet has such a personable approach to its students. Always a Fantastic experience. Nat and Charlene are both lovely and welcoming. And they always put you at ease. They constantly watch the students, whilst they are learning In whatever treatment you choose. I can honestly say I have never received a bad treatment yet.

Absolutely fantastic experience training with Natalie at Matrix Beauty Academy! Enjoyed every minute of it, so informative and she makes you feel so at ease. The support you are given afterwards is just amazing! Natalie is always at the end of the phone and welcomes any questions or any further support you might need after doing the course. Can’t recommend her highly enough. Feel very supported and very happy with the training I received. I live three and half hours away but it was well worth the journey, I will be back! I have really enjoyed myself today. I have learnt alot in my day and the staff is amazing.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I never felt rushed or like I was a burden. They were so good at making me feel like a colleague and peer. The course was great, clearly presented in slide shows, followed by practical and in person learning. They even took time to explain why they do things a certain way and how others may do it, again making me feel like a fellow professional. Can’t recommend enough
