I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a clinic in Barcelona. 5 weeks ago I did a Botox treatment at Me Concept Clinic. During my first visit, the staff was very friendly and was very attentive (especially Luis, he was so sweet to me).The treatment worked for the first 3 weeks but then the Botox started to ware off and I knew this wasn’t normal since it should last around 3 months. By week 4 I had full movement back and it seemed as though the Botox completely wore off. I knew I should come back after two weeks, but it actually did work the first two weeks so that's why I never came back for a touch up. However at week 5, I decided to just contact the clinic to see if that was normal. Instead of explaining to me why this could have happened, they said right away to come in to get a touch up. As soon as I got there, I waited half an hour past my appointment time and when I asked them how long it would be, they told me the doctor wasn’t there and I’d have to wait another 30 minutes. I had already traveled 40 minutes to get to the clinic. I told them I could not wait that long and suddenly they told me I could be seen in 5 minutes. I of course was waiting with the intention that I would be getting injected as they told me I would get a touch up if I came back. When I saw the doctor l, she was in a bad mood before we even got started and told me there was no way to put in more Botox as it had already been two weeks so now I have to wait 3 months . Then she proceeded to lecture me that I should have come back sooner. As soon as we left the consultation room, a man (I am assuming another doctor) from their team continued to explain exactly what the other woman said but gave me even more of a hard time that I waited a month. Once again, I know you need to come back after two weeks, but the Botox seemed to ware off after which is why I even reached out to them in the first place (also this was not the first time I had done botox and this has never happened to me previously). I left in tears by the way the man talked to me. He was so rude and disrespectful. I would have given their services another chance (especially since the first time I went the workers were lovely) but after the way they talked to me and made me waste 3 hours of my time. I will never be back and will never recommend their services.

Tuve una visita de valoración de mi piel,es mi primera visita,el trato de clientes me gustó,son muy amables, responden a cualquier pregunta,dan concejos para mejorar tu piel no sólo con su tratamiento también en tu día día, como cuidarla por fuera y por dentro,hacen la mejor propuesta y descuentos al pack de tratamiento que decides comprar)aún no tuve la experiencia del tratamiento en sí,pero cuando lo haré, comentaré como me funciono.

Me encantó la clínica, súper bonita, decorada y limpia! En la entrada Mei me recibío de una manera muy atenta y luego lo mejor al hacerme el tratamiento con la doctora María Fernanda su calidez y profesionalismo me dejado. Encantada, el tratamiento morpheus lo recomiendo, me sentí de maravilla, el toque de la doctora me hizo agendar otra cita, se los súper recomiendo!!! Excelente clínica 😍🙌
