This review took me a bit to write because describing all that Dr. Butler embodies isn’t easy. Her approach is thoughtful, individualized, and centered on giving patients a true voice in their care. She makes you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
If she had a motto, it should be “Feel good, look good!” Dr. Butler provides a wide range of aesthetic services—from rejuvenating facials to more advanced procedures—helping patients feel confident inside and out. She is a rare gem!

Dr. Butler and her team are truly amazing. Everyone was so attentive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in.
I’ve been to several doctors who kept my concerns at surface level, but Dr. Butler was different. She actually listened. She took the time to look deeper so we could get to the root of what’s going on instead of just rushing through the appointment. I genuinely feel like my health matters to her just as much as it matters to me.
She answered every one of my questions, made sure I understood each step, and created a space where I felt cared for,
From the moment I walked in, I felt like I made a great decision. Edie is so welcoming, Megan is very knowledgeable in her field of expertise, Shelly is a great listener and asked the right questions, and Dr. Butler explained everything plain and clear!!

Dr Jackson Butler is one of the best practitioner"s that I have met. She evaluates the whole person to achieve great quality of life outcomes. She's very personable, smart and truly makes you feel cared for as a patient. I would not ever go anywhere else as I am in the medical field as well , and I know excellence when I see it. After much frustration with my current provider for not listening /addressing issues, I reached out and had an initial video consult with Dr. Jackson-Butler, very professional and kind and listened to all my concerns. Loved Dr. Jackson-Butler and her staff! They made the discussion of HRT very comfortable and answered all my questions honestly. When decision was made on how to move forward it was a very easy process. I highly recommend Dr. Jackson-Butler.
went in for some conerns on aging and some sensitive areas for me. This team truly made me feel confident again before ever even leaving. I got neurotoxin and immediately started seeing results. I was scared of it hurting but literally had no clue how truly minimum it was !!!!! Definitely will be back.
