The Megabounce team, especially Wayne, made my daughter's 11th birthday party an unforgettable success! The kids had an absolute blast on the 98ft Ultimate Ball Bashing Assault Course. Initially, we had booked the Ultimate Assault Course, but Wayne promptly informed us that it was damaged and wouldn’t be available in time for our event. Without hesitation, he arranged a fantastic replacement at no extra cost. His communication was seamless, and his problem-solving skills were impressive. Most importantly, the kids absolutely LOVED it, and it made the party truly special! THANK YOU SO MUCH MEGABOUNCE!

Absolutely made the party. The mega bounce team let us know they were on the way, arrived when they said they would and got the assault course inflated really quickly exactly where we asked (despite the lashing rain) It kept a dozen 4 year olds racing flat out and howling with laughter for 4 hours and we'll definitely be hiring again. Take down was quick and painless too and the guys were courteous and considerate throughout.

Excellent service, very friendly. Great choice of bouncy castles and all other items you might need for your occation. Delivered before delivery time and collection was at the later end of the hour slot but I had a phone call to keep me informed which was very much appreciated. The children loved the bouncy castle. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Booked a large bouncy castle for a wedding event and was great. Booking on their website was straightforward and easy. The guy's came and put it up in no time at all, and the same with taking it down. Quick and efficient. A perfect stress-free experience. Well recommended!!!

Don't book Megabounce castles! The company is unreliable. I paid £80 for the bouncy castle rental and they were an hour late to my son's birthday party, which meant we only used it for an hour. The children were really disappointed.I emailed and phoned the owner for a partial refund and there was no response. Utterly disgraceful. Won't be booking ever again.
