I highly recommend MELROSE Training. Mel is an absolute pleasure to work with – knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging. She ensures a personalized experience that challenges you while also being mindful of your body's needs. After not working out regularly for a number of years, starting a workout routine felt intimidating, but Mel made it easy and made me feel comfortable right from the start. The mix of virtual and in-person training sessions has made it convenient to fit workouts into my busy schedule as a working mom. Just after two months, I feel stronger, more grounded, and overall healthier. Investing in Mel's program has truly been the best investment in my overall well-being, and I am excited to continue working with Mel.

I chose to work with Mel because I was hoping to find someone who was focused on women's training and has a holistic approach to wellness and fitness. I love that Mel specializes in training women and she has such an amazing community that she has created. I also love that she takes a very holistic approach to strength training, which I find really positive and a sustainable way to integrate strength training into my life.
I love the accountability of working out with Mel and the flexibility in scheduling that she is able to accommodate, despite my very unpredictable work schedule. She also made it way less scary to start using some of the equipment in the gym!
I cannot speak highly enough of Mel and strongly recommend her. Working out with her has been truly life changing!

Mel is hands down the best personal trainer for women - I’d highly recommend working with her! She has honestly transformed my fitness level over the last 6 months, and I love her personalized approach. Mel has completely changed my feelings towards working out - she approaches our sessions in such a safe and welcoming space that I no longer loathe the gym. Mel’s workouts are AMAZING!!! Unlike other workout classes where you feel like you are not sure you are doing it right or the instructor is just verbally coaching you, Mel demonstrates movements with tips, provides modifications, and she has attention to detail! Even for people who might feel intimidated to fitness, Mel makes it soo fun and less intimidating! Can’t wait to go to her next class.

Training 1-1 with Mel was the best life decision I ever made! When we first chatted, Mel came across as very professional, authentic and kind - and this has remained true regardless of the weather or the day. I took a group class with Mel and it was amazing. It was so welcoming and comfortable. We did strength training that felt good for my pace but she had modification for easier or more challenging for every move which is awesome for all levels. And I felt it the next day haha! A good sore. Like I’d worked hard for it. And I’m so glad I did!!! Was easy to do with Mel she’s SO kind and so considerate of each persons abilities. Would absolutely do another one with MELROSE!!!

I’ve had an amazing experience with Mel these past few months! She’s very patient and kind, walks me through each step of the workout and consistently makes sure my form is correct, even if we’re doing virtual workouts. If there’s ever an exercise that doesn’t jive well with my body, she’s really fantastic at changing it out with a new exercise that does work! I always leave my sessions with Mel feeling great and challenged. I’d highly recommend Mel to anyone considering a trainer.
