Having had Memsec in my previous pub businesses I always found the system so easy to use and navigate. I bought a new place with a different system in place. Thought I’d give it a try and it really was a poor system. I called Gemma at memsec and within a week she had me installed, up and running with minimal fuss, I just completed a simple product form and we were ready to go. Installation was great and training provided. This system is great to use for back office tools and user friendly. So glad I’ve made the choice to come back.

We can now control the lighting on our pool table electronically without the need for old fashioned pen and paper system and everything has been designed as per our own specification and pricing system. From enquiry to installation it was excellent. The demo from Calum sold it to us, as we were desperate for the system got us in quickly. Mike who installed it never stopped working until it was ready it go live and thoroughly went through it until we understood. Excellent system, service and company. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the MemSec team and their system have been exceptional. Their customer support is second to none, their attention to detail is top class - no issue is too big or small to deal with. Service and support has been exceptional from memsec team. The easy to use tills/software has simplified and catered for my complex business . We have two tills. One for our cafe side and one for our American pool side which registers staff logins , memberships , pool table lights and features much more. Will definitely recommend
