From the initial consultation to the final installation, the MemSec team and their system have been exceptional. Their customer support is second to none, their attention to detail is top class - no issue is too big or small to deal with. The system itself is fantastic, its easy to use and intuitive - the staff LOVE IT! Thank you for all your help and support getting the system in. If anyone is looking into PoS systems - don't go anywhere else.

Service and support has been exceptional from memsec team. The easy to use tills/software has simplified and catered for my complex business .
We have two tills. One for our cafe side and one for our American pool side which registers staff logins , memberships , pool table lights and features much more.
Will definitely recommend

Myself, my brother and a friend have recently opened a sports, pool & darts bar. We went with MemSec for our till system and were over the moon we did. Fantastic system along with installation and service, couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough.

I have used tills from Active Workspace/Memsec for five years. Throughout that time they have been a great partner, very flexible and knowledgeable. In terms of flexibility I rent a second till from them when my pub gets busy during the summer and Christmas periods. In terms of knowledge and helpfulness I’d like to make a special comment on their support team who are always polite and able to provide solutions which they are as equally happy doing for you or talking you through it.

Dealing with Memsec is an absolute joy as there is always a helpful member of the team there to assist. The equipment is great to use and very intuitive, as well being robust in our environment which is a busy bar and restaurant. Updates on any changes is legislation are always done in a timely manor which is a great help.
I have also recommended Memsec to several other business as I have been so impressed.
