James at Mend my iPhone was exceptionally helpful and diagnosed my problem very quickly. Offered a satisfactory quote to repair, the phone was ready to pick up in an hour! A superb service and a little gem being located in East Yorkshire, definitely know where to go if I need an iPhone repair.

James gave me great advice after another shop “repaired” my phone. He corrected their work and restored my phone back to working order, tested it thoroughly to try and recreate the glitch, even sitting with me to see it happen. His communication was top notch throughout.
His four-pawed manager is wonderful too.

James gave a price for my phone and ipad to be repaired, ordered the parts for next day delivery. I dropped my phone off for 1 hour the next day and everything was done. So helpful, quick, efficient and value for money. Highly recommend.

Took my iPad in this morning for a screen replacement. Told ready by 4 pm but would be closed for next 4 days. Forgot to collect but got text reminder and even stayed open late to give me time to collect!! Repair perfect- just like previous times I have used this company. Highly effective repairs and outstanding customer service. So glad they are in my area. Cannot recommend highly enough.
