Unglaublich… In diesem Hotel sind dinge passiert die niemand erfahren möchte. Wir fangen an mit dem schlimmen Frühstück bestehend aus trockenen und ungenießbaren Brot und Brötchen. Der Speck und die Eier haben geschmeckt als wären sie 3 wochen alt. Zu den Zimmern… Schimmel im Badezimmer, Staubig, Dreckige Matratzen, Keine klimaanlagen: ungenießbar im Sommer, dünne Wände Zum Service: Oft kein oder miserabeler Zimmerservice Zum Personal: Der Rothaarige junge Mann ist wirklich sehr unfreundlich, man kann nicht richtig mit ihm kommunizieren. Er begrüßt einen Nicht und lässt die Besucher teilweise nach 22 Uhr nicht aus dem Hotel so viel zum Thema 24 Stunden Hotel. Schlimme erfahrung tut euch das nicht an. Abgesehen davon ist das hotel zentral gelegen wobei es etwas laut werden kann.

Great and comfortable rooms with own heating. The food and wi-fi are great. The personnel is friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended.

No se cómo serán el resto de habitaciones pero la nuestra era diminuta, dos camas de noventa que justo pasabas entre ellas una silla y una mini nevera. No teníamos más que un perchero para dejar los abrigos no había ni armario ni sitio para dejar las maletas. A parte del laberinto de pasillo que tenías que hacer para llegar a la habitación. El desayuno era muy bueno. Y la ubicación está bien.

Kutyabarát. Mindenhova vihettük a kutyust. 8-30 perc sétára van tőle a legtöbb látnivaló. Parkolás a hotelhez közel az utcán megoldható, rendszámot kell csak leadni és benne van a szoba árában. Ha nincs szabad hely,a recepciós segít találni. Eddig sehol nem tapasztaltam ekkora választékot a büfé reggelinél. GM,LM ételek is voltak. Kedves volt a szemèlyzet. A szobák hangszigetelése nem volt túl jó. Behallatszott az utca zaja. Sajnos a tetőterasz nem volt nyitva, nem üzemelt.

Zeer proper hotel op de perfecte locatie om Praag te ontdekken. In een rustige straat vlakbij het centrum. Auto kan je gratis parkeren. Geen airco maar wel ventilator. Bedankt aan Anna, Daniel, Ahmed en Jan voor het geweldige verblijf!

Hotel en pésimas condiciones. Lamentable. Nos entregan una habitación sin electricidad y su respuesta es ninguna, que no pueden hacer nada. Le insisto en que me entreguen otra habitación de inmediato y me dicen que no pueden. Todo este problema sin resolver hasta el día siguiente, sin teléfono ni aparatos electrónicos en pleno viaje. Habitaciones pequeñas, con muchísimo ruido y sin calefacción. Nula respuesta del personal del hotel. Por último les pido el libro de reclamaciones y me dan un folio en blanco 😵‍💫😵‍💫. Lamentable. Por favor, no reserven en este hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location for exploring. The girls at the desk were so friendly and helpful. I've met some great staff over the years but these were the best! And the girl at breakfast ( sorry can't remember any names) knew it was my husband's birthday and brought out a cake with the staff. I would absolutely go back there.

Super Lage mitten in der Altstadt, konnten alles zu Fuss erkunden. Auch die 24/7 Reception ist ein Plus.

Stadtbesuch und sightseeing. Parkplatz super, direkt vor dem Hotel, alle Angestellten super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück mehr als ausreichend. Speisekarte im B4 könnte umfangreicher sein und für uns aus Bayern war es überraschend, dass es nur Lagerbier gab und kein Pils, aber das war nicht tragisch, denn das Lager war sehr gut. Hotelzimmer war recht hellhörig und der Geräuschpegel während der Nacht ist der attraktiven Altstadtlage geschuldet. Wir hatten tolle Tage in Prag.

Awesome staff! Tanya, Eliska, Ahmed, and Anna were so hospitable and professional. Perfect location to explore old town and the breakfast buffet- seriously, no exaggeration- the most incredible breakfast buffet we have seen yet in our global travels! Go experience everything Metropolitan has to offer.

Ansich nen top Hotel mit zentraler Lage und kleinen, rustikalen Zimmern. Das Reinigungsteam leistet einen super Job und die meisten Mitarbeiter*innen sind nett. Einziger negativer Punkt ist der extrem unfreundliche Angestellte an der Rezeption, der anscheinend meistens Nachtschicht hat. Standen heute späteren Abend ca. 20min vor dem Hotel, was zu war. Auf die Klingel hat niemand reagiert. Als er dann endlich aufgetaucht ist, hat er total genervt die Tür aufgemacht. Gestern wurden wir von dem gleichen Angestellten angeschrien, warum wir um 01:00 Uhr nachts noch ins Hotel kommen würden. Bei der Beschreibung “24 Stunden besetzt” haben wir etwas anderes erwartet.

The only positives I can give this hotel was the quality of restaurant, the location and mostly positive experiences with some staff. The hotel was in walking distance to anything we wanted to do when we were in Prague..which was brilliant But unfortunately I don't have much else good to say about the hotel, where to start.. We arrived early and room wasn't ready,that was fair enough, was told it would be ready by 2pm.. came back at 3pm and maid was as still in room? Had to leave bags and go out again. There was a very weird smell throughout the hotel, in the hallways, restaurant and in the room The room.was not as advertised or not what we expected (maybe that was the fault of the travel agent though? Not sure), it was tiny, barely enough room to move. Was a real squeeze for 2 people. No kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Asked for it and a maid was sent up with the tea and she looked very confused that there was no kettle either. There was No storage, just a couple of coat hooks, so we basicly had to keep all our stuff in our bags or folded beside bed. Even beside cabinets didn't open. There was stains all over the floor, which looked like blood, but I guess could have been red wine? We were on the same floor as a bunch "young adults" who were constantly banging on each others doors from early evening until 2/3 am.. racing each other down the corridors, towels bunched under Thier doors, so smoking on our non smoking floor. The lift was out of order, I suspect because all these "young adults" kept getting in at the same time and jumping about, clearly over the weight limit.. the lift even beeps when it's over the limit but was clearly ignored. I realise all of this isn't the hotels fault, but there are cameras on every floor, should have been very easy to notice... From what I saw no camera in the baggage room, which seemed pretty dodgy also. The roof top bar was closed due to weather? Even though the weather was fine every day we were there, except the last day.

Lovely hotel in the Old Town . Our bedroom was small but very clean with a mini bar . Buffet breakfast excellent and reasonably priced at €16 each . Staff very helpful and friendly .
