I had an issue with my bike as the derailleur hanger broke in my flight from Paraguay. The team searched everywhere and went above and beyond to help me, doing everything in their power. Unfortunately, the part simply didn’t exist in Hungary. Due to time constraints, as I had to begin a trip to Verona, I couldn’t wait and had to purchase a new bike. They packed the bike for me and assisted with everything I needed. Truly a 5-star experience—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Great shop! Took my bike in after a crash and they did a wonderful job of fixing it up. They have a beautiful maintenance area.

Amazingly helpful, friendly and professional staff. I desperately needed help checking in a flight and printing my boarding pass as my phone had died and wouldn't charge. They let me use their laptop to check into my flight and printed the boarding pass for me. They basically saved me. As for the coffee and the chocolate croissant, amazing quality. Highly recommend this café! Hope to visit Budapest and go there again in the future! Thank you to the amazing staff!

Először voltam náluk, de más szervízben utoljára 🤭 Ilyen rugalmas és ügyfélcentrikus hozzáállást, na meg szakértelmet ritkán tapasztal az ember. Kisebb javítást egy jó kávé és croissant mellett is megvárhatsz, miközben nézheted ahogy szerelik a bringád a srácok... A hely design-ja és a patika műhely is meggyőző.

This is the place where you can fix your bike and have an excellent cappuccino! The staff is polite, the atmosphere is spacious and cozy, the price of coffee is lower than in the city center
