Aerial review. (CV5)
Had a problem with my aerial so asked for a call out to review. Sorted the issue out within a couple of minutes. I wouldn’t go to anyone else due to an excellent service given on previous work done over the years. Highly recommended.

Turned up on time, great communication and price. Work carried out quickly and efficiently. Only downside was throwing the cables at and trampling on newly bedded flowers which was easily avoided.

Gave me a written quote. Came back to do job and tried to con me out of more money. Then wanted my builders to do half the job. Also asked me to buy the bracket! Fortunately I had a copy of the written quotation and rather than accept that he made a mistake/tried to con me, continued trying to justify the additional costs with outlandish claims!
Absolute cowboys. I found a local installer and he did the job in 30 minutes and was cheaper.
Avoid this company.

Brilliant service. Had some issues with my wall fixings so returned the next day with a new bracket and fixed two televisions, set them up and found smart solutions to store the wires away. Would recommend to anyone who needs help with AV.

Tony telephoned to say he’d be arriving that morning and he arrived about 30 minutes later. His work was excellent - quick, efficient and very tidy and he was pleasant and treated our home with respect. He gave excellent advice for our needs now and in the future. He fixed one problem just during the initial call out and his work during the actual job was no less exemplary. Will definitely use this company again without hesitation.

To get my aerial feeding two TV's via a booster working again. (B91)
Tony called and confirmed he would be with me in 20mins on the day. Turned up and quickly rectified the problem. Re-wired the aerial, replaced the non-working booster for a splitter and ensured everything was working before he left. Just wish I had called them earlier instead of wasting hours trying to resolve it myself. Great work and would definately recommend.
