Had a group of 7 booked for a couple hours and had a great time doing a scramble format. Software was simple to figure out and set to our preferred way of play, even ended the night on a long drive contest. Food was surprisingly good and each of us agreed. Will definitely be back

Blackbirdie is an awesome place to play simulator golf. The Trackmans, food, and service are all great. I was in the hitting bay next to James Bulva on Saturday March 11th and heard everything being discussed. He was acting unreasonable and making a scene when the owner was trying to help. Don’t let his bad review deter you from checking out this place, you’ll have a great time.

With simulators popping up all over, Blackbirdie is by far the best one in NWI. Lots of room to swing, great technology, friendly staff, and awesome environment!

Great place! Lots of room to swing! Being 6’4” it’s harder to find a place I feel comfortable swinging Black Birdie’s has now solved that problem. Track man do I say much more!

Place has a great atmosphere and the staff is amazing. Great place to work on the golf game, throw a few back, and enjoy some fantastic food. Will be coming back!!!

Love the atmosphere and ambiance of Blackbirdie! The management is so accommodating and personable! They have so many fun events and the food is great! Perfect place for a weekend hang.

I was extremely disappointed on how I was treated by the owner Bo Butcher. Poor customer service. He was too busy playing golf to address our issues. After complaining twice he did come to speak with us. He was rude & uncompromising. We suggested instructions for first-time users because apparently we were doing things wrong...he acted flippant. We we will not return to Blackbirdie. Several other simulators in area that we'll take our business to.

Hello James Before responding, I wanted to do my due diligence and evaluate the information you reported in your review. I have spoken to other customers that were present during your time here at Blackbirdie and reviewed the security cameras that provide us with both sound and video references. After review, it is apparent that Beau, the owner, spent more than 20 minutes working with you and explaining how the Trackman system operates. 20 minutes of his time that he had spent away from his clients to help you with your bay time. He was kind and respectful in his responses to you, even after when you mentioned that "you just weren't having fun" several times. If at any time you would like to review the tape, I would be happy to show it to you. Many of the customers who were visiting during the time you were in, have left excellent reviews that show an opposite experience than you portrayed. It is our primary goal to provide an excellent golf simulator experience to everyone who walks through our doors, and as hard as we try, we acknowledge that sometimes it is impossible to be perfect every time. As a small business, negative and brutal reviews can be detrimental, especially those that are not warranted. We would like to make as many people happy as possible. If you would like to come in and try our Blackbirdie again it's on me. I will also throw in a few drinks and a pizza. Give me a call at 219-365-8014.
