Richard is a dream maker! Things didn't run smoothly nothing to do with him though. He sold our house within six days! Amazing. We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Richard through a purchase of mine and my wife's first property. We actually met Richard at a house viewing a couple of times before going for our eventual Home now, we had viewing with many different estate agents over a 3 month period but Richard was different to them all, he was very truthful and helpful with us and was fantastic with keeping us up to date in the whole process. Sold a property with Richard, great contact and transparent with both sides. There is always a bit of negotiation on the sales side which Richard help me with so was great to get advice. Richard communicated really well and was very accommodating and patient for my visits, giving me plenty of time and space but also being on hand to answer questions as needed. We are delighted with the service that Richard provided in selling our house. He was ambitious, yet realistic with his valuation, took fantastic photos, and was able to identify the particular selling points of our home, marketing it clearly. He managed viewings so that their impact on us was minimal and when we had multiple offers, was responsive and available with support. His support with managing the chain once the sale was agreed, was excellent. We found him to be very experienced, knowledgable, fair and honest. A decent person to work with and would definitely recommend.

Richard was not professional in our dealings with him. In a long chain it took 8 months from offer to move and he was absent for so much of the time that I negotiated a commission discount after four months. He readily agreed because he had not given us any service; what he did not then have to do was to ignore us as he had before. An immature Whatsapp comment when we finally moved rounded off a terrible service of a very long move process. My name is Clive Farrow and Richard knows exactly who I am. Avoid.
