We had the pleasure of working with Jodie over a period of four weeks; focusing on our 7 month old and our 2.5 year old. Over that time we made great strides in improving sleep quality and quantity.
Jodie gave us the tools to enable our little to now self settle and link sleep cycles (previously rocked/fed to sleep, trapped in short nap cycles, false starts and multiple wakes per night). She is putting on weight and now has a much happier disposition!

I am so thankful I found Jodie. My 1 year-old was taking 2-3 hours to settle for the night, co sleeping and waking every 2 hours wanting to feed.
Now she is sleeping all night in the cot, feeding once overnight and going to sleep without feeding and with ease. I now have my evenings back to enjoy with my older children and partner.
