Jodie’s expertise and genuine support made a real difference 💖. She truly cares, and her personalised, on-call advice helped take the pressure off and made things feel much more manageable.
It’s so easy to feel overwhelmed, especially when you’re sleep-deprived 😴, and there is so much information and advice around.

At 7 months, we were dealing with a long list of challenges:
- Frequent night wakings and constant feeds
- Very little interest in food and hardly eating
- Using breastfeeding to settle our baby.
- Refusing the bottle and cup.

🌟 In just 3 weeks, everything changed:
- Our little one started sleeping through the night without needing settling or feeds.
- My partner was finally confident and comfortable settling baby for naps and overnight.
- Our baby’s food intake improved, now eating ½ cup of food 3 times a day.
- We could finally settle baby to sleep without relying on breastfeeding.
- We now have a consistent routine that’s flexible enough to adjust as needed.

I am so thankful I found Jodie. My 1 year-old was taking 2-3 hours to settle for the night, co sleeping and waking every 2 hours wanting to feed.
Now she is sleeping all night in the cot, feeding once overnight and going to sleep without feeding and with ease. I now have my evenings back to enjoy with my older children and partner.
Jodie's gentle and graded approach matched what I was after and she met me where I was at.
Jodie's daily support was instrumental to helping keep on track and provided such reassurance and support when feeling so sleep deprived. It also provided me with knowledge and strategies that if things go off track (aka illness, teething etc), I know how to get my little one back in routine.
Jodie is warm, friendly and all round wonderful. I highly recommend her service!

Jodie was absolutely incredible - she helped us take our 7 month old son from waking every 2 hours overnight to learning how to self-settle and either sleeping through the night or only waking one time. Her gentle approach worked more effectively than I could have imagined. But more than just the results, she was with us every step of the way as parents and provided continuous support throughout the process.

Jodie is amazing! I reached out to her after almost 3 months of my 15m old fighting bedtime for 1-2 hours every night and needing is in the room the whole time. Within a few days with some small tweaks we got her down to around 35 mins to settle with our support, so a HUGE improvement. My favourite part about Jodie vs other sleep consultants I’ve used (we have been on quite a journey with our wild girl), is the support she offers. I’ve had other consultants check in after 3 days / a week, whereas Jodie provided support in real time so we were able to make any necessary tweaks on the fly. This made me feel like we were using time to our advantage and got to a workable solution sooner. Definitely recommend if you’re struggling. Sometimes the ‘phase’ is more than a phase. For us after 8 weeks / 2 months of no change we knew there was a deeper issue where we needed extra help.

Jodie supported us the entire time and guided us through, her approach was gentle and consistent and it worked for all of us. Our little one now only wakes once a night for a feed, he was waking over 4-5 times and getting extremely hard to resettle. She has taught our little one to love sleep and to feel safe as he transitions from sleep cycles.

We had gone 10 months of broken sleep, rocking for hours on end, unpredictable wake windows. We had tried every trick, every app and honestly felt like sleep would never happen. I now literally put him in his cot and walk out of the room and he’s asleep within 5mins all on his own, comfortably and no crying.

Jodie is a superstar, we are so happy and not exhausted YAY!!!!

Jodie was so helpful getting our 8 month old to sleep. We slowly transitioned from Co-Sleeping to the cot, staying with her and giving lots of cuddles. Now she settles easily in her own room and only wakes up once per night (down from at least 3 per night). Couldn't recommend her enough.

After a year of sleep deprivation, a good friend referred us to Jodie with a promise it could change our lives. And after doing her 3 week tailored program it indeed has changed our lives for the better and gave us back our sleep and our mental health. We are so grateful and our baby has now learned to settle herself and we as parents have also learned skills to help her into being settled. Jodie was so easy to work with, she understood exactly what our baby needed and what we needed to do to make it work for our family situation. We will forever be thankful to how much Jodie has helped us. It’s good to know she’s always there for us if we need her.

When my bub decided to arrive at 36 weeks, there was a lot I wasn't prepared for. Having a premature baby made the newborn phase that little more stressful as I was struggling to get her tiny mouth to latch properly and consequently feed properly and put on weight. Jodie came to the rescue and taught me how to position my bub and how to use a nipple shield. She gave me a little schedule on how often to feed, when to pump and how much milk to give as top ups to help her gain weight, which was a great success! Jodie also helped me bath my teeny tiny newborn, to hold her properly and keep her happy and calm. I honestly don't know how any new Mum could not have a 'Jodie' in their life supporting them along the way. Her knowledge and guidance over those first few weeks was truly priceless. Thank you Jodie! xx

Jodie’s calm and personalised approach to the sleep consulting was what led me to engaging Jodie for the 2 week consulting program. Best decision I have made in a long time. In the initial session Jodie got a good understanding of what was important to us and then worked with us to tweak the day and night routine and provide gentle techniques and approaches to routine and settling. Previously to Jodie’s consulting it was taking us up to an hour sometime 1hour 30mins to get our baby down to sleep at night - this was causing me a high level of anxiety as I also have a 6 year old to get to bed. And am often on my own doing this in the week. Jodie’s advice was so helpful through out the two weeks and even beyond, it was not a cookie cutter approach, it was completely tailored to our family’s lifestyle. I would highly recommend Jodie to all of my friends with babies and young children. I will be engaging Jodie when we need the routine updating.

I enlisted the help of Jodie for my 4MO son after weeks of catnapping during the day and him waking up to every 2hrs at night.
After paying us a hm visit, Jodie was able to provide me with the confidence, skills and knowledge to tackle the problem. Within 1 day, we had a baby who now didn't have a dummy, was starting to self settle himself to sleep and only waking once for a feed over night. Within 1-2wks, my son was in a routine (one that worked in with my 2.5yo daughter, linking a sleep cycle for a long lunch sleep and sleeping through the night.
Jodie was EXTREMELY patient with me and my 100s of daily questions and kept my expectations in check when he had a light regression or just a bad day.
I now feel confident to be able to read my baby and implement the tools needs to keep him on a good sleep path.
I cant thank Jodie enough, shes been a life saver. Highly recommended Jodie!

We contacted Jodie for help with our five month old after weeks of sleepless nights. From what I read, we had developed numerous sleep props and needed to transition our daughter to her own room. Tackling these issues seemed overwhelming.

Jodie was calm and kind and had a series of easy to follow steps to get our daughter to sleep through the night, which I never thought was possible.

Jodie made me feel confident that I could get my daughter to sleep and keep her asleep and it’s the best feeling being able to do it yourself.

I can’t thank or recommend Jodie more to anyone who would like better sleep for themselves and most importantly for their little one. I can honestly delineate our sleep experience as pre and post Jodie.

Jodie was an absolute gem. Our daughter was waking every 45 mins overnight, and despite enlisting the help of a different sleep consultant when she was 3 months old, and completing sleep school, our daughter still needed to be fed to sleep and woke frequently. Severely sleep deprived and sceptical anything could be done to help us, we engaged Jodie’s help. She paid us a visit and we were immediately reassured - she was kind, warm and most importantly she listened to our needs and worked with us rather than imposing strict, rigid rules like we had experienced with other sleep consultants. After 4 weeks of support, and practicing what Jodie had shown us, our daughter now sleeps through the night - something I never would have thought possible given she was waking up to 16 times a night. We also have the skills to persevere and get her back on track when life derails us a bit be it teething, injuries, illness, holidays, or developmental leaps. We are so thankful to have worked with Jodie, she was so kind to us when life threw us a few curveballs, and was so invested in just making sure it was the best, and sustainable outcome for our family.
