Ministry Insights, and especially “Leading From Your Strength” has been an effective tool which I have used as a ministry leader to unite, and strengthen our state and local church ministry teams, and their congregation. My experience with living from your strengths was while on Young Life staff in the mid 90s! It was extremely revealing and gave me great insight to my strengths, and how to communicate with others. I have since become great friends with Rodney Cox, and have helped thousands of people go through the living from your strength profile and have to say it’s the best tool I’ve ever seen. I have been using Ministry Insights for over 13 years since I was certified as a Strengths Coach in 2010. I love the Insights' tool. It is easy to use and understand. I have used in individual counseling to help someone with their personal journey. I have used it marriage and pre-marriage counseling to help couples understand each other and resolve conflict. I have used it in hiring new team members to gain a better understanding of who the individual is and what strengths they might bring to the team / organization. And, I have used it in team building, helping members understand and appreciate one another and how God made us all different for a reason - to compliment each other and build a more effective, interdependent team. I took the 'Leading From Your Strengths' Assessment and I must say it gave a rather accurate result of my character. There is a workbook to go along with the assessment to help you evaluate and use your strengths in the workplace, and other team settings.
