We needed to replace four double glazed units in our utility room. Mitchell’s were the most competitive quote, completed in the timescales advised to us by the Sales Consultant. All round, very pleased with the professionalism shown by the Sales Consultant, Surveyor and Fitting Team, and of course a great job. Thanks to all the colleagues too who were in touch about our fitting date and billing, all very efficient and straightforward.

As an architect I have worked with Mitchell Glass and their large sliding glass Sunflex doors on a number of occasions, to fill living spaces with light while forging strong garden connections. A very professional showroom experience and equally good installation team.

I bought a Mitchell Glass conservatory just under ten years ago. It came with a 10 year warranty and recently I noticed one of the glass units was misting up. The seal had clearly broken. Mitchell Glass responded very promptly to my email and sent someone out to measure up the faulty unit. Once the new unit was available, a mutually convenient time was arranged for it to be fitted. Everyone I communicated with at Mitchell Glass was friendly and helpful. My conservatory now looks great again and remains one of my favourite rooms in the house.

I would highly recommend Mitchell Glass to anyone looking to have new windows installed. We decided to go with them both on the basis of their good reputation as well as the fact that they are one of the few companies to install triple glazing. Through every step of the process, the team have all been highly professional and considerate. The fitters were very friendly, considerate and clearly take real pride in the work they do, ensuring everything was finished very neatly and taking great care to clean up after themselves. Our new tilt and turn windows have been installed to an excellent standard and we are already noticing the difference in noise and temperature compared with the double glazing we had before (which was nearly 30 years old). We're looking forward to the difference to our energy bills when winter comes. In any future houses I move to, I would definitely go with Mitchell Glass again without hesitation.

I was getting the glass replaced in a door and a window in my conservatory.The surveyor said the job would take and an hour and a half and the workmen who came to carry out the work had it done it time stated. Delighted with the finished work

The latch on my back door broke. Mitchell Glass did all they could to find a spare part. Alas, the door needed replaced. I could not be more happy with my new door both in looks, thermal efficiency and security. The process from start to finish was first class. It was nice to come home to a stylish new door with no sign that any workmen had been there. First class workmanship and time keeping.
