Ravi and the team are amazing. Knowledgeable, approachable, fair prices, good service. Couldn't ask for more. I rang there 2 days ago to book in for the 3rd - 4th time and he from my voice alone he remembered my name and the car I drive. I've been to 5-6 garages in the 4-5 years I've been in MK and they're the only ones I've been back to consistently since the first time in 2021/22 maybe.

Rude staff, I really mean it probably the worst customer service I have ever seen, stay away if you want to be treated with respect.

MK12 Autocare were fantastic when doing an MOT on my vehicle. We’d all be lying if we said our MOT expiring hasn’t caught us out at least once in our life… well mine snuck up on me! Thanks to their online booking service via their website, I booked my MOT on a Sunday, 2 days before it expired… most other garages couldn’t fit me in for a week! The MOT itself was done within 45 minutes and thankfully had passed! Quick, efficient, friendly! They even have a small waiting room where you could wait and work from there if needs be! I haven’t used MK12 Autocare before but after today, definitely will today!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE Do not even think about bringing your car here 1. Exorbitant prices 2. Very rude and aggressive attitude especially from the chubby receptionist 3. They will lure you in for a “diagnosis and quote” and try and force to pay

Great, friendly garage. They booked me in for a same day MOT and were extremely knowledgable and honest with the advisories given. First time I’ve used them but will happily use them again for any further work!
