i was very impressed the level of service i got, i orders my scooter the baja bandit and it’s the best thing. The service i received from the chap on the phone (sorry terrible with names,) was the best customer service, talk to me about the model i was looking at and very quick delivery to Aberdeen. would highly recommend

We recently ordered an item from Mobility House. It arrived this morning but was,unfortunately faulty. I sent a message via the 'contact us' section and received a phone call back within twenty minutes to tell me a replacement had been ordered. Absolutely no fuss and sorted quickly but if you think it doesn't get better than that you'd be wrong! After sending my message the auto response page actually recommended the best way would be to telephone them and speak to a real person.......almost unheard of these days. Excellent service and worth the full five stars.

This place was great the person didn't push anything on me he sold me what I wanted. I've also got to add a great disservice was done to the business when a large care home group took free wheelchair bags and painted the beautiful logo out on the bag. They know who they are and so do I.

Had a bit of an accident and bent the rear axle, called at the shop to ask for a repair, they new what I needed, ordered parts and 3 days later, they picked my scooter up, fitted new axle, serviced it and brought it beck same day, excellent job guys, Many Thanks.

Tried to call today and purchase a mobility scooter the guy in the shop wasn’t very helpful and then rang his boss to confirm the prices of the scooters then when I asked him about a particular scooter he told me to shush and then when I asked again he told me to wait a minute while he told his boss that there was a chair wet which was irrelevant at this stage as you have a customer in the shop willing to purchase a mobility scooter. Absolutely unbelievable customer service which surprised me looking at the 5* reviews

We have just purchased 2 reclining chairs and matching settee So very pleased with it. From making initial enquires to the furniture being delivered plus calls after to check all was still satisfactory and we were happy The personal service we received was superb Can highly recommend the shop and personal service of an independent shop to anyone

I can't thank you enough for my mums stair lift. She loves it but more importantly its stopped me worrying about her struggling and maybe falling down the stairs. Excellent service thankyou again 😊
