This was my first time buying a car on my own, and even just the thought of negotiating the deal on my own was stressing me out. I was already stressed enough with a cross country move from NYC to San Diego after nine years. Enter Z. Truth be told, I didn't even know someone like him existed. My sister told me that her friend used a car broker in LA and enjoyed their experience, so I searched Yelp to find someone local to SD and spoke to some people. While everyone I reached out to had positive reviews and was pleasant, Z stood out to me because 1. His compensation structure was different. I appreciated his explanation as to why, and it went along with my philosophy and what I was looking for; and 2. He answered my questions even before I asked them, and even answered some that I didn't even know to ask. The rest of it was, honestly, just about the right vibe. I gave Z the model/make/color that I was looking for, with some other desired qualities. I love that he reaches out with options, if you're open to it, because as the consumer, we often don't always know what's out there. He got me a great deal. Other than the deal itself, he was so helpful especially when I ran into a bit of a snag with getting insurance. Since I haven't had a car in so long, I didn't have active auto insurance. To get insurance, I had to have a registration or proof of purchase of the car, but I couldn't get the car without insurance. To help me get out of this catch22, he arranged for the dealer to overnight some paperwork that I could send back to finish the deal. He then arranged for the dealer to drive the car to me on my first full day in San Diego. I've had so many mishaps and issues with various parts of a long distance move, but the car buying process was the least stressful -- all thanks to Z. I felt like I had a true partner in the car buying process. I would never buy a car without his help in the future!

This was my first time working with an auto broker and Z was well worth it! He was able to arrange a deal that I don't think I would ever have been able to do and get my wife the exact car that she was wanting (brand, model, trim, color). He was professional and communicative, offering help and advice on getting the best offer we could selling my wife's previous car. All of this happened without having to contact or set foot in dealership or sit down with finance to get upsold or nickel-and-dimed on the final price. Definitely saved me time and hassle. Time from contacting Z to the dealer delivering the car was great - 8 calendar days. When the car was delivered by the dealer, the sales person found a defect in the center infotainment system as he was demonstrating the features of the car and we had to send it right back that day to be fixed. The dealer was accommodating, but Z stepped in as our advocate and helped expedite the warranty repair and arrange some conciliatory considerations for us. Z was great to work with and seemed genuinely interested in building lifelong relationships rather than just making one sale. We won't hesitate to work with him again the next time we get a car.

I found this company on Yelp and Google with a perfect 5-star customer rating, exceedingly rare. Z made the auto buying experience painless and stress free for me. At the outset he was transparent about the simple fee structure, service provided and what the process entailed. I knew within minutes of talking I made the right decision. Communication was outstanding and once I decided to secure their services Z was available day, night, weekends. Once I gave him the specs on what I was looking for, he went to work for me. I had already spent dozens of hours researching not only what I wanted, but how to navigate negotiations. Once I hired Z, that was over. He handled the search, price negotiation, trade in, finance and even got them to reduce the GAP insurance cost. I never had to deal with sales directly (which I was dreading). Z found the EXACT car and options I wanted down to the colors. He called me after only a few days, we discussed, he provided expert advice and guidance to help me arrive at the right decision for me. Once I was decided, he worked directly with the manager and locked in my deal. He was in constant communication with me that day. I said yes, spent less than 10 minutes on the phone with finance, signed everything online form the comfort of my home. Z arranged dealer delivery, sales guy was in my driveway 5pm that evening handing me the keys, answered all questions and took the trad in away. Z got me a great price with no markup/add-ons on a very popular model. He got me great value on the trade and a loan rate I was happy with. This was the BEST car buying experience I ever had, and I will enthusiastically recommend Z to everyone I know looking for a car. Z even called me after delivery to ensure I was happy and just chatted with me for bit. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and charismatic, super nice guy.
