If you don’t feel like being stressed out about registering a car, get a smog test first nearby on Olympic then call/text him for an appointment you can get in little notice if you hate planning like I do. You’ll have your plates and registration in less time than you would waiting for the agent at the DMV to acknowledge your existence

It was really fast but the only thing I would say is call before going , as there is a sign that says by appointment only , I called and he was there in less than 15 minutes.
