We got our first delivery last week. I am blown away by the quality of the meat. So far we have had cutlets (marinated and pan fried) and lamb shanks (slow cooked in red wine) … and a half leg cut into chunks for curry. All have been AMAZING. Delicious, tender, and lean. Just the right amount of delicious fat. Not to mention to bones for the dogs! We are very happy and highly recommend. Just need to buy a bigger freezer so we can get some beef as well!

So good to be able to order straight from the supplier and know where our meat has come from, and to be able to support our Aussie farmers in the process. The meat is so tender - you can really taste the difference by buying direct. Ordering is simple and convenient delivery /pick up arrangements are made.
