We have just moved to AB from ON and sadly had to take out new insurance arrangements. We have always had excellent, helpful and friendly service from Morison / Simcoe over the years from everyone in the team and we are very sad to have to say goodbye. I have tried twice to cancel insurance on a vehicle that is not being driver due to the death of my husband at the end of November. This last idiot I talked to couldn't move forward past the fact that I was calling on my cell phone and it was not the number on file. So I have gone to the bank to block payment on it. I will probably be cancelling our other insurances with this company after being a client for over 35 years. I sure do miss TriCounty and McKee and Farr.

Hi I was recommended to call this insurance company from a family member I left a message and Irene Gomez returned my call she was very pleasant and professional she took the time to listen to me and go through my old policy and compare the same coverage and she actually improved my coverage for far less then my old policy it was a pleasure keep up the great work . Angie has been super helpful. I changed jobs drastically reducing my commute to work. I asked Angie if it was possible to get a lower car insurance rate and she was able to quick apply the rate reduction.

Great company to deal with. I have a few cars on the policy, made changes swapped cars and asked about stuff I haven't even got yet. Anesio had questions answered and called me back promptly.
