Janet Avery, was the most competent a detailed oriented person that I have seen in a long time. She always had great responses to our questions and our needs. She was compassionate. She showed genuine interest in my health. While going through this. She guided us every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use her annd the Bart law firm again and will recommend her and the Bart law firm to my many friends and relatives. I was at ease through the whole process and grateful for her interest. She was able to negotiate a largest settlement than I ever expected through her skills and knowledge, Which never cease to amaze me.

They really handle everything for you and don't make you settle for the first offer thrown at you. I wasn't called countless times with unnecessary information. However, I wasn't informed of information that was helpful and when they had substance. Janet Avery represented me and did amazing. Thank you!
