Moser Roofing Solutions helped my business address the issues we were having with the roof of our warehouse. Their account manager was attentive to our needs and respectful of my time. Their team put together a comprehensive analysis of our roof. Their account manager provided a detailed breakdown of the analysis, making thoughtful recommendations on the next steps needed to resolve our roofing issues. Their team got to work quickly and fixed our roof. The account manager walked through the work performed and provided a detailed summary file. Our warehouse is leak-free thanks to Ed and the Moser team.

We recently used Moser Roofing for some repairs on our new home. They don’t typically do residential roofs, but were able to take on ours as it is a flat EDPM roof. We were very happy with our entire experience with Moser from start to finish! Roger was excellent and always checking in on us throughout the process. The inspector (Andrew?) was very thorough. They provided documentation with pictures of the concerns and an explanation of all necessary repairs. We were confident that they were the right people for the job. Tyler and Larry were great with the repairs and communication while they were there. They readily answered questions and showed me an area of concern that popped up. Roger was quick to show up with Raff (Raph - unsure of the spelling) to go over everything with me. They were also quick to reassure me and help remedy everything. The second roofing team that showed up (Justin I believe and I can’t remember the other gentleman’s name) were also great. I cannot say enough good things about the whole team and cannot recommend them enough! They even followed up a couple times after the project was completed and checked in to make sure everything was good after a heavy rain. It’s not often that you get their level of service anymore. We will for sure be using them when the time comes that our roof needs replaced. Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you all for everything!

Moser Roofing Solutions is a stand-up business. We (Stoner Industrial Services) had a small issue when they cleaned out our spouting with the debris landing all over 2 of our employee vehicles. I brought it to their attention without any intent of being compensated but just so it could hopefully be prevented in their future jobs. They were very kind in providing those employees with a free car wash and it was much appreciated. This goes to show the integrity of their business, and I think that speaks volumes. We engaged Moser for a fairly complicated commercial roofing job (combination of repairs and replacement) on a 120-year-old building. The company's standard process is to complete pre-quote inspections, which became very important for our situation. They made a considerable upfront investment to do this, returning several times to understand and trace existing issues. Never once was there ANY hint of complaint or pushiness to determine how likely we were to complete a contract. Once the replacement areas finished up we were invited to observe and participate in the product manufacturer's inspections. All post-work inspection reports have been forwarded with complete transparency. Our building is definitely unusual and everyone from Moser was transparent, diligent, and easy to work with throughout. Tim Weaver was our salesperson and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Tony and Dan did an outstanding job on the roof at my place of business. We recently had a new addition built at work and there was a small leak where the old building and new building met up. NOTE: the original roofwork was NOT performed by Moser Roofing. Tony and Dan took the time to find the leak that other companies couldnt find, and we have no more leaks. Great job Guys! Appreciate your professionalism, and problem solving abilities. Tony also did a great job communicating the issues and sending pictures of before and after the repair. Highly recommend these two guys!

Moser Roofing spent many hours on the roof at K&W Tire Company taking pictures and exhaustively documenting the repair work that needed to be done. Steve Butzer did a great job explaining the very detailed proposal and answering all my questions. Very professional company, had a great experience from start to finish!
