I had my 4year old Zero DSR serviced and software upgraded. Lee was very helpful and gave me a cuppa after my journey from Brighton. He even offered to come and pick me up if I went for a walk and breakfast somewhere. (there's actually a great coffee shop less than 20 minutes away). He was very quick with the service and it was a fair price. Highly recommended.

I was looking for an ex-demo Zero Motorcycles DSR/X to set up for off-road use, and MotoEbikes had one. Lee, the managing director, was extremely responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. No hard sell tactics - just shared enthusiasm for the world of electric moto. The price was fair, he was able to deliver it with the upgrades I wanted (frame guards, skid plate, aggressive footpads, rapid charger), and the entire experience was very efficient and pleasant. Highly recommended! (As are Zero Motorcycles - this is the third one in my fleet...)

I was in the area so I popped into MotoeBikes to have a look at some of the electric offroad bikes, Lee was very accommodating answering my questions, he let me ride a Surron LBX and a Talaria. The Talaria was more punchy but the Surron was much more nimble so I ended up taking home a Surron, biggest problem was picking a colour as all was in stock. It's been perfect for hacking around the local woods in the evenings.

I called Lee at MOTOEBIKES to ask a few questions about electric dirt bikes for my son, Lee was very informed and directed us to our ideal bike for my son and in under 20 hrs our SURRON was outside my garage delivered fully built and professionally transported (very very smart company vehicle)Lee gave me and my son a full test drive demo, battery installation and removal instruction along with safety information and all round excellent service it's a shame everything in life doesn't run that smooth lol a pleasure doing business with you MOTOEBIKES.

I started riding bikes in the 80's. Worked my way up to a GPz550, had an accident (not my fault), and stopped for a while. Speed forward to 2022 - Given the ever increasing price of fuel and my need to only really do short trips I decided to pick up biking again. I bought a Horwin CR6 to see if I could still hack it / enjoy it (Battery power seemed a bit of an investment, but less time spent on maintenance and more time riding appealed to me). And I did. I really enjoyed the freedom and mobility that the bike provided. Cheaper to run daily than a BMW 2 series too. Move forward 18 months with the CR6 being used almost daily, and I started to look for bikes that I could progress to - could match my enthusiasm, manage my skill and keep me safe. So I settled for a Zero SR. It was in my price range and ticked my range and performance boxes. (I want to be able to travel further afield without worrying too much about charging). I looked around various places for deals and services offered and Motoebikes just stood out - Good Zero range, on site servicing, small and local. I visited them (Guildford a short trip for me) and met with Deborah. She explained the differences between the bikes they had in stock, knew the key attributes of each, and also pointed me at a recent deal they had - an unregistered 2023 Zero SR/F for less than a new SR. We chatted for a while as Lee was out delivering a bike, and she showed me pictures of a rider they sponsor (riding an electric dirt bike). Deborah also went and spoke to another person who came in (browsing) and took the same time to answer their questions. Lee came back and showed me some more details on the bike, explained some of the key items, answered all the questions I had on the bike - and got the sale. Lee and Deborah are passionate about eBikes. They service their bikes, sponsor a rider, and are willing to take time with anyone who comes in. They share the workload between them and make for a very friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend visiting them and discussing your needs. They helped me a lot (and I get my bike delivered in < 24 hours time. Can't wait.)

The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and make a great espresso and unlike a lot of so called “companies” out there on the web these guys actually have a really nice shop and carry in stock a full range of bikes from Zeros to Talarias

Lee and his team provided a very professional service whilst I was expressing an interest in purchasing an electric bike. It turned out that Lee was the business owner (lucky me) he demonstrated plenty of patience, skill not to mention fantastic product knowledge and humor… I would buy an electric bike from my new friend Lee at MotoEbikes Ltd. Fantastic and informative service from Lee and the team. With us having no experience in electric bikes, Lee was able to guide us towards a bike for a 16 year old, which he absolutely loves.
