After I had a hip replacement and then a broken leg it was a god send, getting me in our motorhome and also lifting me upto the over cabin bed. Worth every penny

We recently purchased the motorstep after searching online. What a piece of equipment! Robust, waterproof, eye catching (it draws a lot of attention). It comes practically assembled, it's easy to move around (l take it from mum's caravan to mine (approx 80 metres) in less than a minute and it's up hill. My mum is 89 and has alzeimers but she still finds it easy to step on and press the up and down buttons. It's child's play. A superb example of modern technology. The company is also commendable. Their aftercare service is second to none, which is a rare commodity these days. A breath of fresh air! Oh and thank you Paul for sorting everything out so quickly and without fuss.

We have owned a motorstep MS600 for many years ( over 8 ? ). It has enabled access to our motorhomes for my wife who has mobility issues. Firstly, this is an incredibly well made, robust and reliable unit. It has performed without issue over the years and is remarkably easy to manoevre and store. Secondly, on the few ocassions that we have have questions about it, the customer service from Motorstep has been rapid, friendly and effective - by phone or email. I cannot recommend the Company and their products too highly

I bought a second hand Motorstep privately in 2021. It is absolutely brilliant. I couldn't recommend it enough. Touring the West of Ireland with my 93 year old Mum. Impossible without the step. Telephone support from this family run business has been incredible. They have helped me to problem solve, explained additional functionalities and provided additional cables to suit our specific needs. Thank you Daniel.

I have had a motor step for four and a half years still going strong Phoned up yesterday for a new bolt/screw to secure step because I knacked the screw thread on one of mine Sending me two new ones free of charge Excellent Thankyou Motor step

The Motorstep does exactly what it says it will and it has made my wife's entry and exit to our motorhome a lot easier. The staff where very friendly, knowledgeable and quickly resolved a small delivery problem. The Motorstep was well packaged, delivered very quickly and the overall transaction was simple and easy. Absolutely amazed with this bit of kit. I thought we would have to give up caravanning when my MS got this bad as I am unable yo get up the caravan steps. Thanks to this lift we can continue doing what we love. Fantastic service

Paul thank you for all your help over the last few days. We needed a motor step quickly he arranged it for us. We put in the order over the phone and paid for it on the Friday and it was sent out on the Monday we received it via DPD 11-30 on Tuesday. The step was very well packaged and easy to set up, at present it's only wired temporary I will wire it permanently on our return from our holidays. The wife can now enter and exit our caravan in safety, it's very easy to use and very well made to the highest standards. Along with a 2 year guarantee, which can be extended for a further 3 year's. If you need this type of disability aid it is well worth looking at. Again I would like to thank Paul and all his staff at Motorstep, for all there help over the last few days.

We bought one for my mum to access our touring caravan. They do add extra weight but they are a lifeline for her, basically without the Motorstep she wouldn’t be able to go to all the sites and caravan rallies, which we all love. We tried everything else and motorstep was by far the best option. In fact it’s really the only option. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, I can’t recommend them and they’re amazing products enough.

Absolutely amazing service , always efficient & the difference the motor steps have made to my Mums life is unreal , she can now go back in her conservatory which had a step but now uses the motorstep . Would recommend to anyone . Thankyou

Fantastic. I bought this for my wife to help with getting in and out of our caravan. It's saved a lot of anxiety and pressure on me as she needed to hang around my neck to get in and out. I bought the lithium battery option and its so easy to set up. We can now go to our caravan when we want and have no worries with getting in and out.

I give motorstep 5 because the lift fits in my sibe compartment easily and the low profile allows for very small amount of usage in that compartment.Then fact that it raises only 24inches is the only feature I had to overcome for my wife to enter our coach that has a 30inch profile from ground to the floor sill in our trailer. This lift is especially designed for cutaway class c coaches as most have lower floor skill at the door opening. I've adapted to our travel trailer with a small pallet>like spacer 7 inches high and enough surface to allow her to step up to the lift holding the hand rail on the trailer. The motorstep has operated trouble free for the life of it so far and I believe in its design and trust it to weather the storms it has been operating through these 15 months we've used it. Our trailer by the way has two entrances and she has the one door to use explicitly. By the way my wonderful wife of 49 years suffers extensively from constant onset of retinoid arthritis of legs knees hands neck and is the most courageous woman I've known. This product is just what I was searching for to allow us to access the two steps into our house. The machine operated flawlessly even on days when the temperature was minus 15 degrees F. I am very pleased with the Motorstep.

This is a fantastic piece of equipment. Just two nuts needed to attach to a leisure battery. The cable is long enough to pass under the van to the door. Easy to set up and use. The small wheels make moving it effortless. It's light enough for one person to lift, but sturdy enough to lift my 15 stone frame with no trouble. Very helpful family run business.
