I would not recommend this shop to anyone. From the aggressive sales people to the absolutely uncaring Manager. I am still waiting for my refund one month down the line even after writing repeatedly to a "Director" who sits in Dubai and promises to send the money the next day. Of course the shop has no ways to refund in cash or through a card refund transaction. What a scam !!!!
TWO STORES IN ONE DAY and six people who clearly werent happy to be at work

We started at Fourways Mall to exchange a pair of pumps that I received YESTERDAY as a Christmas gift. The shoe was bought as my usual size (4) but doesnt fit me. Its too small
We wanted a size 5 but fourways didnt have. We asked for a refund, as no other shoes were to my taste. This was denied.
We were told Cresta had stock.
We drove all the way to cresta to do the exchange as we are going on holiday
My husband immediately went to ask for the size 5 and was greeted (again) with unfriendly staff
Whilst waiting for the shoe we looked around and I tried on two other options that I prefered
When the size 5 came out, I tried it on and we asked if we could exchange for a different shoe (as fourways said we could) and we were answered (again not nicely) that we could and we stated that ofocurse we would pay in the difference
When I went back to the other shoe options we were followed and told, no we cant exchange for those.
I then vocalised how we had asked questions and now the story is RUDELY being changed.
I told them to just exchange for the bigger size and we would leave.
All of a sudden the manager man changed his story AGAIN and asked the lady to check and said we can exchange and pay in.
At this point id lost my sense of humour and patience, why must I pay you MORE of my money after we specifically asked and checked
Why does such bad service warrant making more money from us.
I do not want or like the shoes we now have in a size 5, but we have been forced to keep them (wonderful Christmas spirit) due to store policies that constantly change it seems and due to staff being so awful
Cresta also had an issue with the fact that the shoe was bought on 20th and today is 26th. So when does the guy expect a christmas gift to be given. We literally drove to the stores as soon as we could exchange AS IT WOULDNT FIT MY FOOT to be greeted by 6 people with bad attitudes

Went into the Move On store in mall of Africa and the staff are rude and made me feel very uncomfortable, no one asked if I needed assistance and they stood laughing and giggling. Wouldn't be going back there to shop.
