Buy before you Try?
The software installation and setup process is overwhelming and it requires a lot of effort to get working. No trial period so once you subscribe you are locked in. Additional charges for add-on features that I didn't want or wasn't aware that I purchased. Requested a refund after noticing additional charge on bank statement and not going to use the software, but there is NO refund policy that they will honour.

This is rubbish...it does not do what the promotional material says it does
I bought this software, as well as their remote access technician support and 24/7 support and now they tell me it will not work on i14 with iOS 17 unless the device and the PC/Mac are on the same Wi Fi network and even then it will not provide WhatsApp monitoring or photos...their sales blurb says "access the device from anywhere, without the user detecting it"...DO NOT spend your money on this.

My experience:
I was charged multiple times for a supposed "extreme plan". No access or service was ever provided after payments. Customer service refuses to acknowledge payments despite bank evidence.
My advice: AVOID this company. If you have already paid, contact your bank immediately.
Stay away from both mdtation.pro and brainfield.pro - same company, same scam tactics.

Please don't make the same mistake as me because I didn't pay attention on people's review and now, I got big scam. Nothing works and even to speak to customer service, they want you to pay a fee for that access.

The best way to avoid a psychological breakdown
"This does not work Mspy. I have an email from them apologising it didn't work on iPhone however they refuse to refund suggesting there may be a future fix. That was a month ago. I have now asked for the fix or a refund. I have an email from them stating they will not refund even though they admit I will not be able to make it work! So essentially it is a scam they say it will work upfront (knowing it won't), take your money, and refuse to refund in spite of the fact they have data showing I haven't used it.

MSpy dishonest and deceptive practices.
I originally purchased mSpy's app on 30 August 2024 for USD 39.99, believing it to be a one-time payment. On 22 September 2024, I was unexpectedly billed USD 69.99—only 23 days after my purchase, despite mSpy's claim that their subscription cycle is 28 days. According to their policy, I should have been billed on 27 September 2024, not 22 September.
To further add to this, on 19 October 2024, the same day I escalated my complaint and requested a cancellation, mSpy billed me yet again for USD 69.99. This charge came 8 days before the correct next billing date of 27 October, and was processed immediately after I informed them that I wanted to cancel. This makes it clear that the company is intentionally disregarding customer requests for cancellation and is engaging in dishonest and deceptive practices.

Disappointing Service and Poor Customer Support
I subscribed to mSpy, but I was unable to use the service because it's blocked in my country. I opened a ticket requesting a cancellation and refund, but the support was incredibly slow and unhelpful. I had to wait three days for each reply, and after all that time, they refused to refund the service I never used and won't be able to use. Very frustrating experience – I do not recommend their service if you're expecting decent customer support or flexibility.

False advertising, hidden charges, no refunds
Awful company. It's basically a scam. The discounts you see are lies. The adverts and FAQs are lies. Their website even lies about their review score from sitejabber. Hidden fees everywhere, took the money immediately and was 3 times the amount at the start. They don't tell you about the no refund policy. The have a billing support team and refund form but their refund policy basically writes everything out as a legitimate reason except if the service doesn't work and they can't fix it - but having read some other reviews, even then they don't give a refund or a token refund. It's a disgusting company that needs to be looked into by authorities and ombudsman's for lying to customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would
The payment page glitched and I ended up being charged twice. When I contacted for a refund for ONE of the charges (not a full refund) I was told that it didn't fall within their refund policy and I would not be getting a refund. The app itself is very unimpressive - takes multiple times trying to get things to sync properly, doesn't actually sync location every 5 minutes as it claims (more like every 3 hours). Customer service and function get 0 stars. The fact that I currently have two concurrent subscriptions and they can't possibly help me is such a joke.

Wish I read the reviews before purchasing.
DO NOT PURCHASE! Very misleading on what they offer. I was under the impression once I purchased the premium subscription(160$) I would have complete access to the target phone (text, apps, etc) that is not the case. Unless you jailbreak the phone or get the Ultimate package ($330) you do not have access to those things. Also the App is not compatible with IPhone. Now I am stuck with this for a year. Very disappointed! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
