Steve Dean and Eddie Rangel are the consummate professionals. We contacted them and immediately knew we were in good hands. Together we navigated a pandemic, numerous changes to our plans and a uncertain real estate market. We utilized the Compass Concierge program which proved to be extremely valuable. We asked, and Steve and Eddie provided their recommendations on improvements that wouldn't break the bank while making our house more marketable. We took all of their suggestions. Shortly after putting our house on the market, we had an fabulous offer.

Working with and Eddie and Steve is a pleasure. Ethics and reputation are strong motivators for this capable team.
