Service was prompt and efficient - HOWEVER I am currently paying $240/yr for a “membership” that includes two HVAC services but the most recent visit managed to find a maintenance “issue” that was “extra-cost” - furnace flame sensor needed cleaning, that took less than two minutes and required no special equipment - for which I was charged $116. I am amazed and disappointed that such a trivial service is not included in my regular membership function activities.

Mitch was my technician and he was very friendly and professional! He arrived early in the window I was given, and while here he explained everything he had done. He also let me know about things that might need to be cleaned or replaced in the next year or so. Very happy with this maintenance visit.

So thankful I’m a member! Just moved into a new house in May and was wondering why my electricity bill was so high. It’s nice to be able to call 5 star and have an electrician come out and take a look things. Jonathan was very respectful and personable and helped put our mind at ease.

The Tech. Nick was knowledgeable and professional. We needed a repair done, but he was thorough in evaluating our whole system. We had a very "no pressure" conversation about some upgrades I could do, but there was no push. He was fine with just doing the repair.
I appreciated his insight and suggestions and felt even better about his approach.
I scheduled the appointment at 10 am and there were here by 4 on we were up and running by 5:30.

Very satisfied with the removal and installation of a Hot Water Tank in a very tight environment. Technician was very conscientious and thoroughly checked their work prior to leaving. So far we have hot water and NO leaks which is a huge relief.
