We started with looking for apartments on our own. We applied to 2 different properties only to be denied and wasted $$$ (non-refundable admin. & app. fees). Due to having a low credit score, we had no luck with finding a complex on our own. So, we decided to contact Prestige Realty. We filled out the survey sheet on their website and received contact within the same day. We had the pleasure of working with Michelle. At first, she did mention that we were a bit early to see what apartments would be available within our move time frame (mid-Jan. '25). We inquired a little over 2 months in advance. So, she mentioned she'll be in touch with us in the beginning of Dec. She followed up with us on Monday, Dec. 2nd with 2 options within our budget as well as able to work with our credit issue. We decided on 1 of the properties and filled/provided the necessary paperwork for the lease application. Within a couple of days, we received news from Michelle as well as the property that our lease was approved. We completed signing the lease this week. We are extremely grateful to Prestige Realty and especially Michelle. Don't waste all that time and $$$ for all those non-refundable fees applying to all these properties on your own. If you're looking an apartment to rent in the Phoenix, AZ area, reach out to Prestige Realty. They'll work with you and whatever circumstances you may have to find a great place to live.

I worked with Michelle I had trouble finding a place and constantly wasted money or applications and kept getting denied. I reached out to Michelle and she was very helpful she explained the entire process and makes it go smooth I’ll text her and she’ll respond right back rather weekdays/weekends. Michelle found me a place in a few days I highly recommend her she even offered to help me drop the money order off very professional and even after you find a place Michelle still reaches out to check on you to make sure everything is good. They don't really work with recent evictions at all. They have to be at least 1 yr. I don't recommend them at all. Try Kamal at Valley Kings if you have eviction and judgements.Don't even bother with Prestige.

Silviya found me an apartment that was much nicer than what I thought I could get. She follows up with you and is very nice. I would definately recommend her.

My experience was great!
