John was very professional and very helpful. When I was trying to order my parts he was very informative, fast shipping and the customer service was the best I've ever received from any parts store. Highly recommend buying from John and I'm definitely buying more parts for my vehicle down the line.

After asking a few details via email, I passed an order on their website, and I'm happy to report that the customer service I got throughout the process was by far one of the best I've had from a small private company. John keep me updated throughout the process via email, offering me to change shipping options to meet my new requirements. On top of that, John even took the time to explore becoming a reseller of a product I was looking to get from the US.
