Can’t Thank Faye at Pure Travel enough as it was my partners 50th this year and wanted to book a couple of surprise trips for her birthday. I hate technology as scared of getting ripped off. Up stepped Faye and she got us a trip to Venice in June and just on way back from a beautiful weekend in Prague. And all I had to do was carry our cases. And my Mrs was delighted as had tears on her birthday thank you so so much Faye you legend xx

We recently booked quite a long holiday with Faye at Pure Travel. She checked throughly what we needed and worked her magic. She booked us a total of 12 flights with the seating that we wanted also 8 different transfers. We had the trip of a lifeline and that is due to Faye and everyone at Pure Travel. Thank you

We wanted to give a huge thankyou to Mike and his team at Pure travel, for making our trip of a lifetime to New Zealand so fantastic. Mike not only saved us a lot of time and money after trying to put a tour together ourselves, but actually being a Kiwi himself, also gave us a huge amount of great advise, all of which turned out to be spot on. All our pre-booked hotels, campervan, excursions, internal ferry and flights etc. were seamless and straight forward. The Pure team also sorted out our return flight bookings and got us some great seats while we were away. They took all the stress of that away from us and kept us informed via the Pure App, so we just had to turn up at Auckland airport. If you’re planning a detailed tour to your bucket-list destination we would highly recommend Pure Travel. And if you’re looking to do a New Zealand adventure, Mike is 100% your guy.

Initially, I sent an email enquiring about a holiday to Mexico. I was linking in with Millie who was absolutely brilliant. I have asked so many questions, I have asked for the quote to be changed in so many ways and nothing was ever too much trouble. As a result of Millie's patience, professionalism and efficiency we have now booked a dream holiday. We so wanted this to be perfect, hence my numerous questions and we have indeed got what we asked for. Highly recommend Pure travel, they do create the most incredible packages and what is more astonishing is the overall price is more than reasonable. Thanks again Millie x

Faye was very helpful throughout when booking our two centre holiday. She emailed us back promptly with several different options, within our budget. We were even offered a cuppa when we went in to book. You don't get that sort of service in other travel agents!
