This is one of the best reviews of 2024. When I tell you Christian came into my home and told me what needed to be done and then did what exactly he said he was going to do - he did! There’s a saying that you get what you pay for and then there’s a saying that says the truth needs no foundation. It’s the details for me. They exceeded my expectations. Worth every penny!

Called this company to give a estimate guy name Christian Hernandez came out.This guy tried to talk me out of filing a claim never got on the roof . I'm kinda glad he didn't he is Lil HEAVY he mitta did more damage. As a roofing company when called out just do your job and give the customer a FREE ESTIMATE. THIS MUST BE WORKING FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANIES DON'T USE THIS COMPANY !!!!

What can be said about a response trying to demean the reviewer for "crying" because of a poor review. My only loss for the whole interaction with your company was 15 minutes of my time. Nowhere did I say that the roof is older than 25 years. You are part of the reason insurance rates have increased so much, some insurance companies have left Texas, and people are having troubles. Unfortunately, the state doesn't crack down on you and you don't have any self-consciousness doing what you are doing. Every citizen pays for that.

Your review is misleading, misinformed, and accusative. We’re NOT the typical roofing company chasing storm claims. Our repair department does small roof repair work as low as $199 for roof maintenance packages, and fix “repairable” roofs all year round.
You called after major storm event (Hurricane Beryl) and asking some insurance related questions, or sharing information of our repair process are part to process to assist the customers whom choose to trust us with their roofing needs. Accusing us to be part the reason insurance leaving the state of Texas, and price increases , it’s just sound out of proportion.
Based on the stories we came across the insurance did wrong by some many of their policy holders here in Houston after Beryl, and used many policy tactics to put so many homeowners in some financial and compromising situations where they were thinking they were protected or in good hands, simply they were not. I hear your insurance frustrations, and “hate” but the roofing companies are not to blame all what is happening in the insurance industry.
Dealing with the aftermath of Beryl, we decided to educate our customers/callers, about getting all information they needed before filing claims. Information such as what is the deductible for the type of loss, and if repairs were below the deductible amounts. Some got confused, some upset, some appreciated it, some complained and leave bad reviews.
In the end, we’re here to fix roofs, and fix the roof issues permanently, and if a roof is NOT repairable because of wear and tear due to age over 17 years old , and brittle conditions, we rather be upfront about can and cannot guarantee.

This is defamatory! We even have an entire repair division to serve those customers who need roof repairs. You share that you have a roof over 25 years old, and we share that we prefer not to make repairs on roofs over 17 years because those shingle roofs with our climate are already brittle, and we don't do repairs and jobs that we cannot guarantee. Imagine how you are crying and even leaving a bad review only because I tell you I can't do your repair and explain the reason.

JC&C has performed a great service to my home after the destruction of hurricane Beryl! I saw one of their trucks in my neighborhood and jotted down the number. Their logo stated “Help is Here” , 713-ROOFING. Israel was who came to my home to obtain information. He made a great first impression. Their team is very professional and neat with the work that was performed. My family is very pleased with the beautiful new roof and fence that was replaced. JC&C did excellent work making our home beautiful again! If you need professional great service check them out. You will be pleased!

The owner, Mr. Christian is very easy to talk to, replies to texts and calls, and thoroughly answers questions, and explains the different kinds of brand of shingles and their warranties. He does not take advantage of his customers and will give recommendations according to the approved amount by the insurance. He is also willing to speak with the adjuster if needed to help with the claim. He is very flexible with changing dates as needed. The Installation went smoothly for 2 days. He also sent his best people to take care of the interior of my house which incurred some damage. He even included areas and provided other service that were not paid for by the insurance. Will definitely use their service again!

Christian, Jennifer, Edilberto, and their team were exceptional! They were not only professional and efficient, but we also received a detailed estimate and a link to monitor the progress of our roof replacement visually. Following the roof's completion, my mother was treated to a complimentary power washing service, which was so impressive it could easily be a paid service. Christian was incredibly accommodating and pleasant when we first met in 2020, and his team did an excellent job on our roof. Then, after Hurricane Beryl, when my mother needed a new roof, I knew exactly who to call, and they lived up to my expectations. I used them for a small leak and replace some missing shingles. The entire process from beginning to end is very streamlined and professional. Constant communication, punctual, well documented before and after photos, pricing is fair. Would use them again for future roofing needs.

On the day of my appointment, they shared that they wouldn’t estimate my job because I would not share my insurance claim information with them. My insurance claim is irrelevant to the scope of work requested. Would not recommend.
