My Starry Chart Reviews

Very excited to start this calendar with my son, he is neurodiverse and I believe this calendar can help assist in his social/emotional challenges. The one thing that I’m not a fan of, is the politically correct stickers that have been added, such as three different pride stickers, black history month. Where is the Jewish American history month? Or Christmas, or Hanukkah, Remembrance Day. I don’t think I will be using this set of stickers for our calendar.

My two girls really like the My Starry Chart. They get excited to wake up in the morning to go over their responsibilities for the day. This gives them an idea of the types of things they can do during the day, without having to ask me for guidance. And then at night, they like debriefing the day and getting their stickers. It helped with my 3 year olds potty training and 5 year olds spelling practice. My 5 year old also liked setting up the month and days of the week (it wasnt prepopulated). I might use the French stickers for them when they're a bit older!

We love our starry chart! My son has been working so hard to achieve his responsibilities and he feels so proud when he does! It is a great item to have for ages 3 and up!!

Our family loves this calendar! My two littles are so receptive to the reward system and goal planning at the start of each month - much more than we thought they would be. Plus who doesn’t love stickers? (I am most grateful for these stickers because they are reusable and don’t get stuck on the floor or our furniture.) My Starry Chart is so much fun. We’ve also recently incorporated it’s use toward the larger goal of a “Yes Day” as inspired by the book based movie. Thanks for creating this organized method of incentivizing kids, it’s awesome.

My 4 year old is really enjoying learning about the days of the week and counting, in addition to setting his goals!

Such a great product. So thoughtful and so helpful for my daughter. We have seen behavior improvements from our almost 4 yr old daughter in just a month of using it. Highly recommend!

We just set up our new Responsibility Chart from My Starry Chart and it's perfect! We are able to keep track of certain projects for Homeschooling, add responsibilities for him to complete each day and follow through the days/months of the year each day - The perfect addition to any house with kids of all ages!

My 4yo loves her starry chart, and my husband said the other day that it easily paid for itself in less than a month because of how much smoother our conversations go about behaviour change or chores!

When I initially heard about My Starry chart I was curious and excited about what to expect and how my son, William, will like it. Once I got one, I showed William and tried to explain it in a way a 3yr old would be able to grasp the concept but to my amazement, he took over placing the numbers (date) for each daily square. We selected target “goals” and worked on each; it wasn’t easy at first but he got the hang of it. Later on I used it to help strengthen his counting skills; help him learn and master the days of the week, and months of the year. We still use My Starry Chart because it is strengthening our bound and it’s a fun learning tool! I recommend this product and and My Starry Chart healthy habits routine kit.

My 6 year old daughter has been struggling to stay in her bed throughout the night. My Starry Chart has been an absolute lifesaver. We use it as a rewards system for sleeping ... and can customize to work on a variety of behaviours (helping her little brother, helping with chores, doing homework, washing hands etc). My daughter looks forward to counting her stars every night and getting closer to her reward. Would recommend to all families!

This is a great way of teaching children responsibilities! Often times as parents, we have trouble getting kids to focus and understand the reasons for doing things like chores. The starry chart keeps kids engaged, gets them to buy into what you are trying to show them and also rewards them when they complete their tasks! Highly recommend this!

Five Star because its just simply amazing! Perfect timing, kids are at home and great opportunity for them to be more responsible at home! My daughter loves this! We both decide responsibilities and she set her goals and reward for each week. She looks forward for every task! Great toy as it helps kids learn being more responsible, also math and reading!! I highly recommend parents to try this!

Great to have if you have small kids! Really gets them into chores and responsibilities. Love how it’s play based learning. It’s a fun way for kids to learn. Parents should give this a try!

“Shoot for the moon and if you miss you’ll be among the stars.” -Les Brown Setting goals and putting yourself on the path to achieving them is something that anyone and everyone can benefit from, especially children. A lot of parents prefer to homeschool their children and of course with the ongoing situation when children are home without any friends #socialdistancing its a complete chaos. Our family thrives on a structured routine and we usually set some goals for the day for my 7 year old daughter which in turn leads to a reward like an ice cream or a favourite toy. I recently received this wonderful game by @mystarrychart and my daughter is super enthusiastic in achieving her daily goals which is definitely helping in keeping the house sanity.. To help motivate my daughter to keep up her chores, we got My Starry Chart, which is a fun and interactive chore chart. Every month she gets to pick her five main responsibilities, and she earns a star for every task she completes. For the remainder of March, she selected, 1. Make her bed, 2. Clean her room, 3. Make someone smile, 4. Do her homework, and 5. Wash her hands. Clearly we were going for a self-quarantine theme here. I helped her pick making someone smile because beyond doing tasks around the house right now, the social/emotional piece is of the utmost importance since we’re social distancing and need pick me ups from time to time. The good news is she’s always making people smile (yes I’m bias because she’s my kid, but seriously), so this will help her accumulate the stars quickly. So far a couple days into using My Starry Chart and she’s been doing really well! The stars provide her with incentive, because she knows there’s a reward after she earns 50 (reward TBD, but will likely be ice cream or something of that nature). Thank you My Starry Chart for making chores and routine fun!

It’s week 2 of social distancing and my kid is home and March break is over and there’s no school. What to do? My Starry Chart is a game that came at the best time during difficult times. It’s labeled as a game responsibility game but it’s basically a chores game that kids can collect stars each day and show off! And it’s been a hit at my household. Love that we can get our kid to help up around the house on chores AND extra things like be kind, or the very important item these days .... wash your hands and sneeze into your elbow! The stickers provided are fun and stars are super sparkly ! Here’s to hoping my kid goes back to school soon, but I hope his willingness to help out around the house doesn’t! This game is made by a mom and the love and thought she put in it really shows!
