My 5 year old loves it! Loves that he can talk to mom and dad and send messages and listen to music! I love that i can see his location. He takes the bus from school and i work from home and i love that i can him his bus and me having to step

Im not a fan with how long the customer service takes to reply even tho when a request is submitted it gives a timeframe. I wish i could get the live tracking turned on and I’ve tried following the step by step online and was unsuccessful. It would just be easier than having to wait 60 seconds between refreshing

The worst customer support and experience I've ever had.
I can't use the watch TickTalk 5 since I received more than 2 months ago, I opened a ticket more than 41 days ago and literally nothing useful was provided from TickTalk side at all, and they take tons of days to respond!
I don't believe that support team are ignoring customers this way, wondering if they've ever knew about something called customer service and satisfaction.

This was great for my 5yo and 6yo little girls, they knew how to use them right away and were so excited. The tracking looks pretty good, I believe they have improved it from past reviews I was concerned.

Nothing but a paperweight if you use Android...they updated the app in the play store, still doesn't work. If you guys can't have a smooth roll out, hell even a functioning roll out, why the heck should I trust your product with helping ensure my child's safety?? Already seriously considering returning before my kid gets a chance to use it...Do better, you should have had months of testing done before this.

would not recommend. calls drop or don't go through. watch always says offline, won't update location, won't send text messages, dies quickly, have been trying to return and have received absolutely no help and am instead told that I'm outside of my window so can't.

It would be a great watch if it was reliable. The band broke after only a few wearings, which appears to be a common issue. TickTalk tried to say it was because my son was being rough with it, but I watched is disintegrate while he was taking it off using a normal amount of force. We have had intermittent issues with texts not coming through and GPS not updating timely. A couple of weeks ago the speaker suddenly stopped working, and we were actually about to buy a different watch to replace it, but the speaker just started working again out of nowhere. Every time I’ve called customer service because the watch has broken or stopped working, they immediately blame my child for the damage, which is frustrating when I see so many others having the same issues. For the cost, I would not buy this again.

Ordered a watch for my so. In July. Stopped working in November. I have emailed customer service x 4 over 2 weeks but only receive auto reply and no actually help. Customer help desk is a ghost and any warranty claims appear to be all talk and no substance. If you buy a watch, hopefully it works, but if it ever doesnt you are in your own.

I ordered this watch for my daughter. I live in Austria and I ordered the watch with a credit card from my bank in Austria. The bank is a renowned large bank. After the order, I received an e-mail from the company in which they asked me to send a scan of my personal document and to send a scan of my credit card. Of course I wrote that this is unsafe to do and that I see no reason for such a thing. After that they rejected my order. I'm not sure, but I think there is a possibility that my data could be used or misused, so I advise you not to buy from this company.

Love the watch, had it for a year now and it is working as it should. A little flaw here and there with the gps but still works. Watch is kind of bulky but it’s not worn everyday, only when she is on playdates or school.
