I booked a testing online & arrived at the facility in Leominster, MA and couldn't pay for the test at the location or on the Quest website I set up. I called an 800# & got hung up on & then finally got with a agent that couldn't help me. All she said is the testing location should take my payment. Finally, I tried the 2nd NDS # 877-820-3557 & was connected with Kelsey. She was a life saver!!.. She was off the charts in excellence, patience and thoroughness. I highly recommend asking for her when you call. Especially, if you are like me and have very little patience with this so called great technically advanced communication system that takes way too long (for me). Great representatives like Kelsey allow you to applaud & appreciate over the top customer service!!.. Thank you Kelsey & I truly hope that you are Blessed greatly for your amazing attitude and determination in making sure my needs were met. I hope NDS values you highly as they should!!.. I was in Melbourne with Joe and his team this past weekend for training. Char, you are a true leader with the patience, knowledge and time you gave to me. Toni, you made me feel like I have been in this industry for many years. You treated me as someone you speak to daily. The both of you set the tone for me Friday and I feel like I can take on anything that comes my way. Joe, what can I say you are the "goat" in this industry. Extremely slow, unhelpful in trying to find out results. I decided to try this 3rd party testing company, unfortunately the labs they use are slower than molasses. Been four days waiting for results.

The last couple of weeks in my 38 years of driving have been the worst time and also a very eye opening experience. Ive learned alot and hopefully no driver will have to go through I will say that Sheila and Toni have went above and beyond helpful, they have litterly took me through all my next steps to get back on the road. If i ever run into a driver thats going through what i went through i will highly recommend this company especially Sheila and Toni. Thank you again for all that you have done and settling my mind
