It was a great experience and service, I was able to order online and was contacted and advised when my bin will be delivered. Pick up was also great even when I needed an extra week. Received my certificate of destruction a couple of days later.

Had to follow up a few times when bags did not first arrive - the follow up process was excellent as was the service - being offered the option of watching the shredding occur (SA) was also very impressive.

It was a pleasure to deal with National Document Shredding. From the first Phone call onwards we were very courteously dealt with and all services were reasonably charged and carried out very efficiently. Excellent people to deal with and excellent services.

Using National Document Shredding Service was quick and easy. I call initially to confirm a couple of things, my questions were answered by the lovely customer service officer. I ordered my 2 bins to be delivered and they were on time and without any fuss. I filled those two bins and required another two, the order process via email was just as efficient and the bins were exchanged on the same day. With 20 years of business paperwork stored in our factory, it is great to know that these have now been disposed of efficiently and securely. I would highly recommend National Document Shredding Service.

NDSS made it so easy. Was so pleased they came to my house, as these services are usually restricted to businesses and too expensive to utilise. Faultless.

Hopeless and unfriendly customer support. They don’t explain over the phone what you can and can’t put in the bin before they take your money! When the bin arrived, I didn’t realise I couldn’t dispose of old CC’s, Licences, Medicare Care cards etc until the bin arrived and has a sign on it. I found out later that this costs over $100 for an extra service, and they stood firm on price even though there had been a mix up. Again, they don’t explain that it is a 2 or 4 week service and there is a specific pick up date. When I called to complain, there stand is that they don’t have time to explain these very important points over the phone and that’s why they send a very detailed email. Nor do they explain that it’s important to read the very detailed email. I am downsizing and moving house and the last thing I want to do is read the points when this really should have been explained. In all honesty, I thought it was a copy of the paid invoice. When I explained that I had already paid the money before the email came in later that day, I was told I could have requested a refund at that point. So you’re telling me, you have the time to process a refund but not explain in 2 simple sentences that you can’t put plastic in the bin, oh and there’s a specific pick up date !!
When expressing my concerns, the lady on the phone was abrupt, talking over me and just kept referring to their process of the very detailed email, basically blaming me for not reading it. Really, is this what customer service has come down to? Conversations REPLACED by very detailed email explanations instead of working hand in hand with each other.
