Sir, I would like to apologise to you and i am saddened that we couldn't serve you to the fullest . But your review isn't completely true and i would like to put in the true state of events. Sir you visited us in September, you were unhappy with the cleanliness of the room, on your complaint we have offered you to change to a different room. However you opted to leave and not even see the room. You expressed that you want to leave without a resolution, As per our cancelation policy which you are aware in such a scenario we charge Rs 5000 per person and you had travelled alone and you gave us only Rs 5000. Sir, we are here to serve you to the fullest, We understand your concerns and we would work towards making things as per your expectations. We look forward to serve you to your expectations.

Dear Sakshiji, Your feedback is very much valued for us and for it I would like u to know certain points for appreciating what Navjivan stands for. First of all your parents came to us for second time and that was only because they were not only satisfied but got very good results as far as their health was concerned the first time. As we are a Nature cure center set up we do not advocate nor give antibiotics at the first go. Your father when he came to us had very high sugar levels and was also extremly fatigued and pyschologically weak as during consulation and after that also kept on crying. Primary antipyretic was immediately given when high fever was reported and it showed results as he became normal and proper visit by concerned doctor was done atleast three to four times a day to know of the progress. I personally advised your parents to go for blood reporting on the second day which your father said that it would be early and we should wait and watch a little bit more as he was without fever in the day time. However as he got high fever again at night we referred him to the best possible medical facility in Mandvi, the nearest town and with the doctor there and treatment your parents were completely satisfied as reported to me personally by your mother. However their facilities do not in any way match with facilities of a typical metro hospital. Your father showed symptoms of Diabetic Ketoacidosis and so the fever. It was not just plain normal viral fever and for that it is a compulsory protocol to treat by admission in a hospital setup as IV treatment needs to be done for tackling the condition. Your parents were asked to do this necessary treatmnet as this was the need of the hour. He was advised to leave in his best of interest. We did not prolong his stay as we cared about his health more than anything else. Is it not fair to advise the right mode of treatment in the interest of the health Gainer? At no point of time doctor from here left your parents on their own. Thanks for your suggestion but as we are commited to nature cure and health gainers health we have completed more than 35 years in this field and in turn treated people around the world and we would continue to do so. Dear Bharti Ben, It was nice having u with us and we were happy that in those bad times we were with u and others u came with. If u remember super cyclone Biporjoy hit Kutch especially near about places of Mandvi on 15th of June and u arrived on 11th June 2023. As u were here u have not only witnessed but seen the massive destruction that the center had because of the cyclone. We have to shut down all work as nothing was practically possible. I hope u knew that we continued our work because you four ladies were here and out of them three were too elderly and in with bad health status. There was no current and massive destruction all around. Food was provided to you in your rooms as the condition demanded. Because of major pipeline breakage water supply was halted for some time but we did our best to make it normal at the earliest. We were extremely fast in our efforts to normalize stuff in between the great panic, confusion and destruction that was there at that time. We only kept the center operational for you four females as it was not only what humanity demanded but also your inability to move out. You stayed with us at that precarious time only because u knew that at that time with three ailing old ladies this was the best place to be in. You trusted us or else u would have moved out as u said of the hype that we have done. Treatment was also given even when nothing was practically possible. As far as refund u were personally given a huge discount if u remember and that was more than other three females as u kept on telling about your personal situation at that time. This was done only on humanity basis as professionally we never promised you anything. Any how refund is only feasible when cancellation is done for whatever reason. In this case nothing of that happened. The center never promised for any vehicle for any health gainer and all details are provided up front with a consent from any body enrolling. We are very satisfied that we could be of help to all of u here in those painful times and hope u are here with us again as once here with us we consider them as our extended family of health and healing the natures way.
