The team at Ndima are fantastic, from the initial engagement and agreeing the care plan for my mum, the communication is very good , the desire to fully understand the needs of the person they are looking after to build a personal relationship built on support , trust and respect . They use an app to report every visit to my mum and document all relevant information to demonstrate they are fulfilling there contractual obligations of care to a high standard , I also have personal mobile numbers and what’s app contact so any chances or updates are shared immediately . Mum loves the team and has in a very short space of time built a real bond with them . Which is everything you want when you are entrusting your family to a carer. I highly recommend this wonderful company . We are grateful to have found them and that they are able to provide such a high level or care.

Must say I am really impressed with this employment Agency. The management really care about their workers and go out of their way to accommodate their preferred working hours.
