Showed up on time. They were very friendly and honest. Got the water flowing through our sewer pipe quickly. Camera did a great job of showing what the issues are and they gave several options on how to repair the problems

I would recommend Neighborhood Plumbing to anyone who has a plumbing problem. Rich is always very responsive to my telephone calls. I appreciate his quick response to my plumbing issues. He explains what he needs to do to correct the problem and gives me a good price. I will continue to use Neighborhood Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

Dripping 25-year-old Series 2300 Delta shower valve. Responded quickly to my message on their website and were able to come out the next morning. Called ahead when they were on their way over. They were really patient and fixed a kind of obscure wonky problem for a fair reasonable price. I'll call them again when I need help with plumbing.

We had a bad odor coming from our bathroom sinks and showers. Neighborhood Plumbing came out the day I called to check out our problem. They came back the next day to clean and hydro jet the pipes. They were on time, organized, clean and completed the job quickly. I highly recommend Rich and his son Parker for any plumbing issues.

Parker and His dad Rich are the best!! I explained to them the problem I had with our shower valve over the phone and they showed up and knew exactly what needed to be done. They were very professional with the install and left the area cleaner than when they walked in. I highly recommend this father/son duo!

Rich and Parker did a terrific job in replacing corroded, leaking, clogged drain lines (60+ year old pipes) from our shower. Also installed a clear-out line to make it easier to take care of any future problems. Professional all the way. Showed up on time, showed me pictures of what was going on under our house and explained exactly what needed to be done, and then completed the job in a timely and conscientious manner at a very fair price. Can't recommend them enough!

These guys were great. Literally showed up 20 mins after I called, and fixed my clogged pipe in less than 20 minutes. Affordable, and pleasant dudes. While they were there I had them check out a gas pipe that other companies had said I needed to replace. After a thorough review, Rich let me know that it was in good condition, didn't need replacement, and gave me some ideas on how to address my potential concern with it's location! Whaaa? A company whose ethics are more important than their bottom line? Thank you Rich, you saved me about 4 grand on that gas line. Highly recommended folks! Jonathan

I have to leave a second review! Parker and his dad Rich are seriously the best!!! On Thursday we realized our water heater was leaking everywhere! Parker and rich showed up immediately. Told us our options as far as replacing, or fixing! They were straight up and honest and said replacing would be the best option, because fixing we'd be in the same boat (our water heater was from the 90s) they gave us the absolute best price and came the next day, had all the parts and fixed everything! I recommend them to all my friends and family always! 5 stars always! Friendly, honest, reliable, great at communication! We just love neighborhood plumbing!!!

I called these guys today because the plumbing in half of my house was backed up. Our lines were totally blocked but they worked at it until they cleared them. We know some neighbors who have had plumbing issues caused by roots from the city-owned trees on the parkway, so we also asked for a camera inspection as well. Sure enough we had a lot of root invasion. they were knowledgeable and professional in explaining where the roots were and marked the locations so I could notify the city. So glad to find my new plumber. We'll definitely be calling them again if we have future issues.

I never write a review. On his day off, He drove 30 minutes to our home to fix a clogged drain! I was impressed by how quickly he fixed the drain and at a reasonable price! He seems like a nice hard working guy. Thank you!
