Booked Tylers place for a crew member. Extremely clean, huge and welcoming space. Only wish it had been available for longer. Everything you would need for a short stay or long term stay. Easy parking, easy access to the building and very secure and private. Tyler was excellent to communicate with, so much that we booked another of his spaces and will continue to book any of his places when available when we are in the area.

This would be my third time staying at Tyler’s apartment. It was perfect as were the last two stays. I would highly recommend Tyler’s place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, relaxing place to stay.

Tyler’s place was exactly like the pictures. Beautiful decor, lots of space, comfortable, and peaceful. The whole building is well decorated, kind neighbors, and very quiet. Check in was simple and Tyler’s instructions were easy to follow. There’s a casino near by with great food and lots of games. Overall, I had a great stay and look forward to coming back.

Tyler was very prompt in answering my questions. He was accomidating to our needs. The condo is at the end of a street so no traffic. It was new. modern, very spacious, well thought out and spotless. It had everything we needed. He really thought of everything. We will definitely be staying there again.

This was a great place to stay while I visited family in Chatham. It's as nice as is depicted in the photos and is within a safe and friendly building. Felt like a hotel stay (in a good way). Also noteworthy for me was that the apartment smelled FRESH; this was an accommodation I switched to mid-trip, because the first had looked nice in photos but unfortunately had a cigarette smell from other residents in the building. I was very happy that Tyler's place smelled as good as it looked! Would definitely stay here again! :)

5 stars Tyler! It was just what we needed on our road trip from the US! Clean as a whistle! I walked around barefoot and didn’t detect anything on the floors. Brand new apartment and furnishings. Just as pictured. Well done!
