We apologize for the inconvenience, we are also below the typical cash rate in Florida and all requests would be completed same business day, as with all clients and typical of the practice. To discuss please call or text to 561-713-2788 and would be happy to provide a free visit for the 30 minute inconvenience.

HIPAA Compliance: Our practice adheres strictly to HIPAA regulations, regardless of whether we accept insurance. Patient privacy and confidentiality are fundamental to our operations, and we take this responsibility very seriously. Same-Day Requests: Your requests for your evaluation and medication list were fulfilled promptly on the same day they were made. These documents contain all the necessary information for your new provider to seamlessly continue your care. A separate "letter of release" is not a standard requirement in transitioning care. Timeliness of Appointments: While we strive to provide timely care, any delays were communicated to ensure all patients received the attention they deserve. We are committed to improving and learning from all feedback, but we also believe in providing accurate information. Hi Rachel, We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the missed appointment. As mentioned, the provider was in a different time zone attending a personal event and unfortunately made an error with the scheduled time. However, your card was refunded immediately, and we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding rescheduling, we attempted to contact you, but it appears your account and contact information were deleted at your request, which made it difficult to process the reschedule without all forms completed again.
