You won't find better in the area at this price point. It's in a great location. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. It's dog-friendly. It's close to Winchester, Salisbury Southampton and countless lovely market towns and villages. And it's right on the edge of the New Forest with all its amenities and awaiting adventures.
The service is impeccable. And there are facilities to make your own breakfast and snacks.
We've stayed several times and will definitely stay again.

Friendly comfortable, highly recommended place to stay
Lovely warm welcome. Room very clean, warm and comfortable. I have stayed in few places in the area as I like to come and stay local to Southampton the night before I cruise. I can now say this will be the only place I stay when I’m in the area from now on. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Great stay recommend
Great value for money, we were also allowed to store our bikes in the room. Great for New Forrest cycling or walking. Room was comfortable and clean with good facilities. Host made us very welcome, we look forward to visiting again. Thank you.

Good little spot this. Rooms are cracking, Shower powerful and the bed comfortable, the service is excellent… communal area with microwave and toaster clean and accessible. (utensils and plates provided) Shame the pub up the road is closed Monday/Tuesday but nothing they can do about that. Perfect spot for workers in the area or looking to explore the New Forest. Will be back

Already said on expedia ,but this was really good and I don't usually post reviews , but these guys deserve a 5 star review. Absolutely loved it . Loads of nice touches in the room and very spacious ,you'd be supporting a local ran business by looks of things if you stay here rather than a chain hotel. It's worth it !

☺ very clean and comfortable. All facilities provided to cook toast or microwave meals. Plates and cutlery also supplied. Room has a fridge and tea making facilities. Although on a very busy road you could not hear it in our room. With in walking distance to a lovely and very friendly pub. Only about 2 min walk. Also a great garden centre about 5 mins drive away with a Lovely cafe and very friendly staff as well as great food.
